I’ve visited this location twice due to the convenience of where it’s located along my route to and from work. The first time they completely screwed up my order by not giving me what I had paid for. It happens everywhere, not a big deal, my bad for not checking the bag before I left, life goes on! The second time however was a bit ridiculous...
Morning rush hour, busy as always. I’m in the outside lane waiting my turn. The cars in front of me give their order and move along. I drove up to the speaker and sat there. And sat there. And sat there. Multiple people ordered through the inside lane as I sat there. Finally, I said “excuse me” and somebody said “yeah go ahead” as if I was supposed to just start rambling off my order as soon as I pulled up or something. So I ordered a simple meal with a large Orange Juice. Proceeded through the line waiting my turn to pay. I got to the window and they asked what I had ordered. I appreciate that to make sure I’m paying for my order and not someone else’s. I repeated my order and my drink, paid, and continued on to the next window.
Here I was met by a Hispanic female with long dark hair wearing a red shirt. She handed me my food and then handed me a Dr. Pepper. I politely said, “I’m sorry I didn’t order the Dr. Pepper.” She says, “Yes you did” and continues to try and hand it to me. I said, “No, I ordered a large Orange Juice to go along with my breakfast. I don’t drink soda.” She continues to try and hand me the soda saying, “No Orange Juice, here Dr. Pepper.” Fed up at this point I finally said, “Listen lady, you screwed up. I want the Orange Juice I paid for not your Dr. Pepper.” She says, “Orange Juice broken, here Dr. Pepper”
After going back and forth for longer than it should have I told her to drink it herself as I pulled away without a drink.
(I mean if your Orange Juice is out, tell me when I ordered. Tell me when I confirmed my order. Tell me when I picked up my food and ask me if I’d like something else instead.)

I was inquiring about the new chicken tenders at the drive-through speaker and the lady taking my order would not let me finish a sentence and kept asking is that all for you?is that all for you? so I said fine that’s it. Paying at the first window is no problem then I get to the second window and there are a bunch of workers all hanging out at the window they basically throw my food at me and slammed the window in my face before I can even ask for ranch which I also tried to ask for at the speaker. I waited there for a few minutes until they finally realized that I had not driven away and gave me one ranch. So I drove away and had to stop at the gas station next-door thought I would try one and they were swamped and barbecue sauce and a disgusting amount of barbecue sauce. Basically a pool of it. I tried to eat it but couldn’t so I drove back over there to ask for a refund I was not going to get another order because of how rude the service was before. This time I go in and tell them and show them that this is not right and it should not have this much barbecue sauce on it the girl takes it back to all the young adults that work there hanging out around the window shouting and chattering really really loud and Obnoxiously and the girl at the window says hey that’s the girl that looked really high she was here about an hour ago they started talking about me where I could hear them saying rude things calling me names and snickering while I’m standing at the register trying to get a refund from the manager. The manager yelled at them once but they continued on there obviously is no control at that restaurant and somebody needs to get in and evaluate the staff that they have. I thought things had improved after the remodel but sadly not. On several occasions now, my mobile order ‘was never received’ even though the money was taken. In one instance, they somehow got the coffee part of my order but not the other sandwich and 2 meals. They did the same to the woman parked next to me. So o went to the drive thru, was asked to pull ahead, and waited another 15 minutes to be told they didn’t have my order. They wrote my order by hand, and I still didn’t get all my items, but I had waited almost 40 minutes from time my order was accepted.
The dining room is closed, so you can’t even go in to talk to someone, you have to back up drive thru while they tell you to pull forward so they ‘don’t mess up their time’.
On a more recent occasion, I waited 45 minutes for my mobile order, and could not contact any one or get inside to talk to staff. I finally just left and tried to cancel the order since it was apparently never prepared, but they took the money anyway even though I never received any food or updates. The sale was pending for two days on my card, and when I had ordered at stores that ended up closing early, the payment was just never confirmed. I thought that would be the case here.
But I guess this location must be hurting for money because they got almost $14 from me when I RECEIVED NO FOOD WHATSOEVER. I’m already contacting Corporate and disputing the transaction, but I want to know how they’re ‘not getting orders’ when they’re still taking the payment, or are getting the mcCafe parts of the order but nothing else.
