I have spent too much time, trying to register a complaint via the McDonald’s website. I jumped through all the hoops, and put in all of the information and details about my experience only for it to ask me again what location I was reporting on. So when I choose my location again, it takes me right back to, the same page where I select the contact us option. So I put in all of my information again only to be asked for the location AGAIN and have to start the whole process over . The phone number for this location doesn’t work. It is beyond frustrating! I am convinced that McDonald’s absolutely does not want to hear from us at all! My experience for the day was gross! Thankfully my granddaughters happy meal was fine. I had ordered the dressed quarter pounder. It was super pink inside which was alarming. But I have had less than well-done burgers before so I started to eat the burger anyway. Until I found a facial hair in it! gross! Not to mention that the burger was put together in such a sloppy mess ! Read moreFirst of all it was 3:45 a.m I pulled up in the drive thru and I asked if they were still serving hamburgers and lunch items. She replied back yes the all-day menu for few more minutes like she was very aggravated. I asked if I could get the two for five a Big Mac and a fish sandwich. She replied well I'm going to have to cook the fish so it will be awhile very rudely . I then told her nevermind on the fish and just make it two Big Macs and a large fry. She been let out a big sigh and said okay very rudely again. Then when I pulled up to the window to pay she started complaining about there's people starting the pull in the drive thru. I should have just got my money back and went on home but I went ahead and took the food. She basically treated me like a piece of garbage the way she was talking to me. As I just kept being polite. Read morePull up to drive thru lane just after 11:15pm all lights were on throughout restaurant and drive thru. After sitting for over 5 min I deove around to window. Lady at window pointed to sign saying they were closed. No longer a 24hr store. I said you need to put a sign out at the speaker box as there was an entire line of cars waiting for service. She responded saying sign had been displayed for 1 week. I said I wasn't from the area. She just shrugged her shoulders. How dare she and management assume that I am from the local area and that I make McD a regular part of my weekly schedule. I was at this McD 1 month ago and the sevice was beyond slow. To decide to close a McD so early that is located just off the interstate and next to a hotel makes no sense at all. Common sense should have been used in notify customers but customer service is just a thing of the past.
