We placed our order in store not over the phone. I repeated our order to assure it's well communicated since our past visit was a disaster. Todays order was 1 personal pan cheese pizza, a regular bread stick order, 1 pepperoni melt (aka: calzone) 1 meat lovers add onions melt (aka: calzone) after we paid and picked it up, I had decided to order a 2nd order of regular breadstick with cheese for dipping. It was all ready fast. Now to the problem, we drove home, not close by either. Ready to eat only to find there was NO marinara sauce and NO meat at all in the meatlovers melt (aka: calzone) it only came with cheese and onions and 1 marinara packet which was meant for dipping. Plus, the 2nd order of breadsticks only came with 1 marinara packet and NO cheese for dipping that I specifically requested for twice. I didn't check before dropping my granddaughter off at her house if her personal pan cheese pizza and if she received her cheese we requested for twice was in her bag. This was what I considered well worthy of calling in the store with a complaint. GOOD LUCK GETTING TO TALK WITH ANYONE IN THAT STORE BY PHONE. I called multiple times. It's a call center!! I chose option 3 so many times it was worthless when no one answers. So, I chose option 2 only to be transferred to the store that doesn't answer their phones. So, I now decided to choose option 1 first couple times I'd get transferred but, finally I said DO NOT TRANSFER ME. That person finally understood me. I explained my frustration he said call that store, lol, really!!! I said I do, but get you guys. No one there ever answers their phone. I asked for his Mgr in the call center to see if he/she could take my concerns. Well (reader) I was politely told he will turn in my complaint. I told him thank you, even if you're just saying it and no plans to do it. It shows me you care. I don't know if he cares. I choose to think positive. Read moreOrder #8106485 / Placed 11/26/2024 online / Arrived to location at 7:05 PM and there was 5 customers in lobby waiting for their order. Coworker working counter, wearing red hat and red shirt was struggling to get correct orders to customers. He gave two pizzas and order of bread sticks to a customer who left, only to return a moment or two later stating it was the wrong order. The coworker then told another customer it was their order and proceeded to give the returned/incorrect pizzas that had already left the building with another customer, to the customer who was waiting..... What kind of food safety situation is that? I waited another 10 minutes or so, at this time 8 people in the lobby all waiting for their order. At this point, 15 minutes in the lobby (never greeted by anyone working there) and seeing NO ONE was being given correct order, I proceeded to leave. This can all be verified by reviewing the security footage from 7:05 PM - 7:20 PM central time. It should be very easy to see the pizza order sent out, brought back, and given to another customer. Read moreI don't usually order out to eat, but on the rare occasion I have, I use the Pizza Hut app to deliver occasionally. The past 4 times I have used the app to order my usual go to menu items, they have got my order wrong EVERY single time. First two times they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered. third time they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered and they put pineapple on my custom pizza which I did not request. Finally tonight, the fourth time, they gave me breadsticks again despite ordering cheese sticks once again. I'm beyond frustrated and confused. I don't normally write these kind of reviews or even call the store itself, but after making this mistake 4 times in a row, I'm personally just done with this restaurant entirely.
