We arrived on a Sunday evening, at about 6:10 pm. There was a crowd in the bar for the football game, but there were only two other tables with patrons in the dining room. We were seated immediately, and the host brought us water and house made chips. After that, we waited, waited, and waited. After 20 minutes, nobody, except for the bartender who was delivering a drink to another table, even looked our way. A server, who may or may not have been ours, visited the other two tables at least four times while we sat and waited. We finished a carafe of water and the small bowl of chips, and nobody came to take drink orders or even check on us. My wife set a 5-minute timer on her phone after we had already waited 15 minutes. The server still didn't acknowledge us. Once the timer went off, we got up and walked towards the exit. We told the host what had happened, and he didn't didn't even apologize or attempt to remedy the situation.
Had the dining room been busy, we'd have been much more understanding. Had the server stopped at the table and acknowledged our presence, we'd have waited longer. Had the host apologized for our wait and acted to address the matter, we'd have been satisfied. As it stands, we were ignored in a dining room with only two other tables, and the employees didn't seem to be concerned.
We hope that this was an isolated incident as our service in the past has been good and the food has been very good. However, it will be a while before we give them another...
Read moreWe arrived at 4 and there was nobody in the hostess stand and we waited 5 min before going to the bar where we stood for another 5 min before being told to seat ourselves. We chose a seat and waited 10 min before getting our own menus at the waitress stand. Finally around 25-30 min after we arrived a what I guessed is the manager with his grey shirt untucked came to the table apologizing and stating the girl behind the bar is behind on drink orders to which I replied I noticed, she has refilled all of the bar since I’ve been here, some twice. We placed our drink order and the experience went up from there. The drinks were good. My husbands medallions were well done when he ordered medium however they were so good and tender he didn’t mind. The prime rib was exceptional and probably the best rare prime rib I’ve ever had with an amazing bark. All in all the food is the only reason we will be back. The service, once we finally received it was okay. We tried a new place for our anniversary and chose to eat here because it is veteran owned and we are both veterans. However I saw nothing in the restaurant or on the menu to indicate it was in fact...
Read moreStopped in on a Tuesday and glad we visited! Lisa, our server, was on top of things and made the dining experience personal. House made chips were brought out, a nice touch! We ordered the "Prime Sticks" and they were very good. My spouse ordered a "Too Shay" drink and she enjoyed it. Wasn't overly strong, had "just the right amount of everything" she said. She ordered the "Cheesy Macaroni The Entree" and I ordered the "Smothered Chicken". Both were great. The kitchen forgot the breadstick that comes with the Cheesy Macaroni but Lisa was very apologetic and brought one out. It was just a breadstick to us... but to Lisa it was a problem and she sincerely apologized for it. Meal was great and we were enticed into trying some cheesecake. She went for the raspberry cheesecake and I went for the Payday Cheesecake. I mean, how can I not give that a try!! Dessert was great. While Prime Time just opened and they are perfecting their operations (we were very pleased!), I'd highly recommend a visit! Place was very clean, the team very professional, food was great, and the experience was spot on! Solid 5...
