SAM. the young lady at the drive thru with pretty blue hair. The Drive-thru . She had Zero customer service skills for. Obviously annoyed, with us, and the fact someone would order food at an inconvenient time for herself. She was Rude, purposely and thoughtfully spiteful. And After paying.and only speaking in short, demanding, even angry town, saying just “ Pull around”! She said, that in Short and Terse words. I know they work hard, but it seemed to be our age, the color of our skin even. While nobody was behind us. Still, she made it clear, pull around. The food came out with the wrong order, cold, and now with a feeling of distrust for the entire order. We had been kind, asked for extra salsa, 1 of our orders was a little specific. I guess that was enough to send them over the edge. Restaurants should 1st pay more. So that they can expect more from employees. 2nd the managers are just as guilty and involved. They ALL hear the order as it’s coming through on the drive thru speaker through the head phones they wear, and a loud speaker in the kitchen. Read moreit's ok I figured with having new managers and built new Taco bell then maybe it would be better but guess not..or maybe this shift just didn't care but I got the triple spicey, crunchwrap combo one Taco regular hard and other doritos Loco tacos nacho cheese..and we'll i used to work at Taco bell for a year and even i know not to put the crunchy tacos at the end of the bag and they did I opened up my nacho cheese taco and it looked like was destroyed by a tornado and then the crunch wrap wasn't even triple was just a normal wrap with very little chZ and more lettuce and tomato and there wasn't even any meat on it..like hello who wants to just eat lettuce tomato sour cream not good so I give it a two I guess hopefully they read their reviews and actually fix the problem..I just don't see why they still try to rip people of come on the taco burger isn't even that expensive and yet you put maybe a small teaspoon on a huge crunch wrap that's suppose to...
Read moreOnly 1 star because I can’t do zero stars. This has become the slowest fast food restaurant in the state. Did a mobile pickup order to pickup inside it was 9pm. The doors were locked so we were gonna go through the drive thru. The drive through didn’t move for at least 20 minutes. When we pulled up there were four employees smoking and talking to someone in a car outside. They finally went in and it still didn’t move but 1 or 2 cars. Only reason I waited as long as I did was because I couldn’t cancel the order. I hope the owner of the franchise sees this and does something about the poor performance of their establishment. There is no reason for that long of a wait. We did leave and I hope I can get a refund for it but I would pay 100 just to not deal with that ridiculousness again. I love Taco Bell but it’s just...
