I placed a mobile order at 12:30p. The app had me park in a ‘mobile order parking spot’ and put my car info in (indicating the color and make). When my food still wasn’t out at 12:45p, I decided to go inside and grab it because I was needing to get back to work (since I went on my lunch break). Before being helped at the counter, I waited for 8 minutes while the cook was making the food and two employees were on their phones with AirPods in, one running drive thru and one standing around. After I was finally helped, I explained to the woman I placed a mobile order over 20 minutes ago but had not yet received my food. She looked in their system and stated there was no mobile order under my name. So, I showed her my order on the app and that it was at that stores address. She then asked why I didn’t go through the drive thru to get my order. I told her the app instructed me to pull into a mobile parking spot. She proceeded to argue with me that wasn’t correct and I’m not supposed to do that, blah blah blah. I told her I was doing what the app instructed me to do. She goes to get another employee to check the system to find my order. The other employee finds it right away. I wait another 10 minutes for them to make my order, while waiting, I hear the woman tell the cook my sandwich was only ranch. I told her the mobile order clearly says no tomato, no lettuce which means it should still come with the ranch, bacon and cheese. She begins arguing with me (again) to tell me the system says only ranch. At this point, I am holding my mobile order up on my phone and showing all the employees where it says - tomato, - lettuce and that was it. The woman says “just telling ya what my screen says” and walks me off. While still continuing to wait for my food, the cook is arguing with the woman telling her he already made this order twice and it had to of been handed out to somewhere else more than once. He makes it again anyway, she gives me my food and my lemonade. I go to take my lemonade and she yells “don’t touch that. I have to put a mobile order sticker on it.”
This was an absolutely terrible experience and so incredibly chaotic. I wanted over 30 minutes for one sandwich, a medium fry and a drink……. and just for the chicken sandwich to be fatty, thus leading me to throw it away. Drive Thru is sooooo backed up (numerous cars left the line) so I stayed thinking my wait time had gotten shorter NOT * I still waited 9 min. with only 2-cars ahead of me. Once it was my turn to order, I was told to wait finally when I saw the car before me leaving the window...they finally came back to take my order (Terrible now I knew why it took this longnto even get up here & why the other cars left) I placed my order and was told to drive up to the second window. They were quick to take my payment but didn't give me a receipt. I asked for my receipt and the girl at the window looked mad. She finally gave me my receipt and food. So I checked it and realized that it was missing part of it. By then the girl had shut the window so I had to beep and finally when the window opened it was someone else. I informed her that I was missing the spicy chicken patty that I pd extra for and she looked confused and had me wait another 3 min. comes to the window only to tell me that they didn't have any ready and that if I'd like to wait 6 more min. I said no, and just asked her to give me a chili in place of. She looked annoyed again and finally came back with it. (I didn't have much time to eat as my break time was coming to an end. So I sat in my car in the parking lot and watched as Sooooooo many cars kepy leaving that line...They havr LOST SOOO MUCH...

I had 20 minutes to burn the other day before a doctors appointment so I swung in for a drive thru sandwich. There were 3 cars in front of me and 20 minutes later I had to leave the line without any food and without even making it to the speaker. Two days later I went again because my daughter wanted some nuggets. We ordered the nuggets and a sandwich and the line actually moved quickly this time but they fricked up my sandwich and gave me the wrong one. So I go in the lobby on crutches and wait in line for another ten minutes to get the sandwich I was supposed to have, and it was ready in half a second. Like what the heck is going on here? It takes forever to get through the dang line but then you just have the stuff ready that fast? This place is the spawn of Satan, but the food is good if you want to sit in a drive thru line about the same amount of time you’d spend at a sit down restaurant. Thanks for the chicken but I’m mad about the wait times.
