I have been a dedicated arbys eater for about 25 years. I eat their approximately 3 times a week but after my experience I debating NEVER eating their again. After getting off work at 930 I checked my phone and saw this location was open tell midnight.. I headed to the restaurant and got in the drive thru at 9:48 with one car sitting waiting to have their order taken. After waiting for someone to take their order for several minutes i got in position to take my order at at 955. At 9:59 I was told by the person who was suppose to take my order that they were closed and the car in front of me was going to be the last order. keep in mind I have been their for almost 15 minutes and their were me and one other car at the restaurant. I tried to explain that I had been in line for at least 10 minutes and was just told sorry that they were closed and the restaurant would not be able to make any more food for the evening. Remember I checked the close time on the internet on several sites it says they are open every night tell midnight so I would think that they would do something to have the accurate closing time on the internet, I am not one to complain to people on the internet all the time and in person if I receive good or great service im the fjrst person to complement a restaurant or server, but to me after a extremely long day at work that this was totally unacceptable service. I have loved arbys all my life but at this point I dont know if I would want to give them my business again If possible I would give zero stars since I didnt even get a chance to even get my food during business hours. Unfortunately we live in a world where quitting time is 5 or 10 minutes before quitting time should be or to do the right thing and stay at work a couple minutes later to make a...
Read moreI went in there around 1:30 on January 30th. I don't know if I have been mistreated at other places, but the drive thru person at Arby's was great. Like, if you need to know who deserves $15+ an hour working fast food; it's that guy. He had tattoos on his arm. I say this as an identifier; no judgement.
He was nice, remembered a small part of my order, knew what they served, and was just pleasant and efficient. I was out of there quickly and my items were correct.
I just want to say that that experience, though simple, should be every experience everywhere.
On May 31, 2024, I have to change my review. The last few times I have been there were not great. Once, I got a wrap instead of a sandwich and the cashier seemed upset with me. I never said I wanted it in a wrap and the picture on the menu was a sandwich. Than, today, I had to wait 8+ minutes for chicken nuggets. YOU HAVE TO WARN PEOPLE THERE IS A WAIT BEFORE THEY PAY!! It's sneaky to do it after. They also didn't give me a straw, so I had to pop into the restaurant and get one.
All in all, not pleased. And with the prices they charge, I expected better from them.
And I have not seen the man I mentioned above since posting this review. I hope he...
Read more10/10/21 @ 6pm, Lobby still shut down and facility keeping doors locked so you can't enter the building, but expect me to go through their drive through and eat their food?! I THINK NOT!!! Whether pandemic or employee problems, Arbys still refusing to serve customers but employees have their children running around and playing in the dining area?! How much longer is this restaurant going to drag this out?! IT'S TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK ARBYS!!! GET WITH IT! Update 4/13/22 @ 6pm - Thought I would give this location a second chance. Ordered my food and presented a coupon I got in the mail. The woman was rude and hateful and refused to honor the coupon and started yelling at cooks to unbag my food. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. Trust me, go somewhere/anywhere else but this Arby's location. They can't keep employees and its a circus. A joke to all other Arby...
