I went through the drive thru only to have to go into the restaurant because I received the wrong order. But it was a good thing I did because behind the counter was a mess smashed fries all over the floor, some white substance was on the floor, the food counter tops & bins were disgusting and the workers hair was not contained. Needless to say I asked for my money back and went elsewhere. Beware!
New year why are they still open...I get that the mini shakes are just a dollar but when you ask me if I want whipped cream, I say yes and I'm handed two without whipped cream and runny, one of which had not been mixed completely. I didn't know hot fudge was offered for a chocolate shake because that's the only way that I should still chocolate gathered at the bottom. Teach the employees when to replace their gloves how to where a mask. Also, when there is a complaint about the beverage why did it seem like the entire staff came to the drive thru window. Didn't they have orders they should have been preparing... Rhetorical question...because the drive line says yes they did. And when I requested my money back for the order, I started handing back the straws given to me for the runny shakes...one the straws fell on the floor inside the manager yells at me to not throw things at him, very unpleasantly (which would be hard to do first of all due to the COVID hole there at the drive thru). And would understand his reaction if that was my intention. I apologized that I didn't mean to because I didn't and I didn't want him to think I did it on purpose so when he put the money in my hand I apologized again but no response. I wouldn't want anyone to feel undervalued or disrespected. And I certainly wouldn't throw anything at anyone intentionally in that type of situation. In summation, I have been to this Burger King a few times through out the years, thinking that just maybe it has gotten better. But I can count on one hand the number of times that I received good food or service. With that being said, it's been over a year since my last visit, this was my final visit. So I say again why are they still open and it seems like it's time for a new Burger King bldg in that spot. It's outdated and dirty looking. The Taco Bell next door drives home the need for an updated bldg. But for me it just became invisible, so it doesn't matter what...
Read moreLet me tell you this I am leaving this Burger King today on December 18. I have never in my entire life been treated the way I was just treated over a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I paid for two items. One of them was Edible. The other one wasn’t so I took it to my child and the other one I should decide to not to feed to my child so I decided to go up to the place and get a refund. I didn’t want the sandwich any longer because if you chose to serve me the sandwich not Edible I don’t want another one She started to give me the refund as I try to give her the sandwich and she said she doesn’t take anything back through that window.🤔 You serve me the sandwich this way. She stated to me that she cannot give me a refund without the whole entire order back so all I did was say who do I speak to them because I don’t have the entire order now I only have the sandwich that was not edible. So she starts to be combative and I told her I’m a very professional person so I’m just trying to expect Customer Service here. It makes it very clear that she will only make me the sandwich again because I don’t have the other part of the order here so I asked basically who can I talk to about this because the sandwich is not even edible Toyq this is why I brought it back which she didn’t like it so she decides to tell me call the number And I asked her what number is thatand she slams the window wow . I was nothing but understanding when I first sat in a line for 10 minutes and then to be treated that way Was a heck of a way to start my morning thank...
Read moreThe drive thru attendant repeated my order back to me and still handed me the an incorrect order, then had the ordacity to nachalantly tell me to just remove the onions from the sandwich that I did not ask for and acted as if it wasn't a big deal. It is a big deal when people deal with food allergies. If I am ckear about what I am choosing on my burger, then I expect to receive what I asked and paid for without attitude or the extra feedback and unnecessary suggestions and then when I asked for the manager, she comes to the window with an additional attitude tland proceeds to explain to me why it was prepared incorrectly, which at this point is totally irrelevant. I politely asked to be given a different burger with the correct toppings and condiments on it. That's it, I wasn't upset, just wanted my food fixed the proper way without poor customer service and alot of commentary. Retail food service workers MUST understand that certain individuals have food allergies, specific food needs and preferences. And just giving a customer what you deem as acceptable and expect them to accept is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I do understand mistakes happen, orders get confused or made incorrectly but to expect people who are paying for their order to just pick off the item the don't want and be ok with it, is ridiculous. I have an issue 95% of the time when I get food from this location. The staff is unprofessional, the service is poor and the order is 9 times out of ten gonna be wrong. But unfortunately they are the closed...
