The way this was handled by their social media person was indeed wrong, however the owner of the franchise did reach out to me personally via Facebook. He apologized for their social media person and said they would be handled and agreed that the response was not ok. He also sent me a gift card enough for my husband and I to make up for not only the meal I couldnât eat but the whole situation. We are going to try another Lincoln square pancake house today. I have raised my star count based on the chain owners response as of 7/26.
Written on 7/17: Yesterday while my sister was getting treatment I ordered a Togo order at Lincoln square pancake house I got the meat lovers omelette and explained that I wanted to sub spinach and tomato for the green pepper and onion. I emphasized this. Explained that Iâm allergic to onion and strongly dislike green pepper. When I use to live near by they would always just substitute it for me. I was assured this wasnât an issue. I live 40 minutes away and saved it for this morning covered in green pepper Etc itâs like she just added spinach and tomato to the order. I went over it with her numerous times and explained I was allergic. Severely disappointed and threw away $12 because I canât eat this now.
I posted this on Facebook and the person who manages their socials replied claiming my food had been replaced. A bold face lie. Since I did not go to eat this until the next morning and got this order to go, and I also posted a picture of this in my living room on a TV tray with my carpet. If this is how this company handles complaints about something when someone has an allergy this is a horrible company. Had I not noticed the green pepper and started tearing apart the omelette I wouldnât have noticed the onion and then could have been in the hospital. Allergies are no joke. I will never attend any of their establishments again because if you as a company desires to lie when a customer complains because you could have hospitalized them, then clearly you care more about your reputation then doing what is right. You care more about your restaurant then peoples lives. When I worked in the service industry and people mentioned they had an allergy we took...
Read moreThis is my first and last time coming here. Where to being with the problems I had during my dinning experience.
My daughter likes to drink creamer with just a drip of decaf coffee in a coffee cup. Sheâs 3. As a good parent I would not give her a full cup of hot coffee. So I requested an empty cup for her. They denied my request. So I ask why. They accused me of trying to get coffee for the entire table and only pay for one cup. They charged me for a kids drink. Mind you I had to order a kids chocolate milk, only for my child not to drink that because she wanted creamer in a coffee cup with a drop of coffee.
I requested French Vanilla creamer and never received it.
No one ever asked if I needed my coffee refilled.
The food for the adults was delivered separately from the food for the child.
I asked for a refill on ice water and he took my cup and never came back with it.
Their menu says your choice of meat for the breakfast quesadilla and doesnât state there will be an up charge. They charged me for chicken. I have never paid at any other LS for chicken on my breakfast quesadilla.
They charged me for turkey sausage because we canât eat pork sausage. It makes us ill. I have never been charged for that at LS.
This was an awful experience. I donât recommend this specific LS. See...

Lincoln is hands down one of the best places to start your day. Iâve eaten at several of their locations, and the food and service are always on point. Whether youâre rolling in solo or with a group, they can seat you easilyâbooth or table, your choiceâand no matter where you sit, youâll get fast, friendly service every time.
What really sets Lincoln apart is the menu. Itâs well thought out and packed with options. Iâve worked my way through a good portion of it, but the dish that keeps me coming back is The Country Lady. Itâs the definition of comfort food: a split biscuit drenched in rich sausage gravy, topped with an egg any way you like (I go scrambled), and served with a crispy country fried steakâalso covered in that same savory gravy. Add in golden hash browns and youâve got a meal that sticks with youâin the best way.
I usually round it out with a side of sourdough toast and baconâboth are perfect gravy companions. And letâs not forget the bottomless coffee. Itâs always hot, smooth, and strongâjust the way it should be.
If youâre after a breakfast or lunch that delivers every single time, Lincolnâs where you want to be. Classic or hearty, youâll leave...
