Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Pulled up in drive-thru no one in line and parking lot fairly empty at around 5:45. I order 2 Deluxe Cravings Boxes with one of them asking for a beef chalupa instead of steak with Pepsi to drink on both and ordered a side of beef. The lady on speaker as soon as I told her I wanted to switch the chalupa got a attitude of telling me to hold on. I wanted about a minute and she came back on I heard her say yes and someone else say no at same time. When I looked on line what what wanted before getting there it said I had an option to swap the chalupa choice to beef. On the order screen before I pulled off and when asked if order was correct I said yes because it showed one of the boxes with the swap of a beef chalupa. Pull up when she opens window she tells whoever she is on phone with by blue tooth she will have to call them back and she proceeded to complete my.whike transaction. Get home we had everything but both chalupas ended up being steak instead of one of them beef, no nachos to our meals, the 5-layer burrito was a joke and the cheese cups were barely half full. Sorry I bothered the staff to even make my meal right let alone make sure everything was there before passing out window. I know I could have checked before I left but also the expo part of job could have been better and...

Do not go to this TB... the food is hit or miss and customer service is absolutely terrible. My order was rung up incorrectly going through drive through. I ordered a taco supreme party pack add onion, got home and they had given me regular tacos with no onion. I call the store she tells me i was rung up for a variety pack not supreme. I told her that was not what I asked for... I grabbed the food and took it back to the store. When I get to the store not one employee apologize for the inconvenience or the fact that my order was rung up incorrectly, they tell me that I would need to purchase the food over. I told her I was willing to pay the difference but got no response, she walked away. I was in absolute disbelief that a food chain as large as this would treat a customer this way. I asked to speak with a manger, no one ever came to the register, about 10 mins later a young girl comes up and gives me the number to the store. The same number that’s on the receipt and walks away. I stand there for another 10 mins and nobody comes to assist me. They need to close this location, this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here but this one takes the cake. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but better qualifications to work here are needed. They will never get...

The worst location Ive ever been to. Taco Bell is pretty much the only fast food restaurant i will go to, and unfortunately this location is the most convenient. Food is usually poorly prepared. Special orders are always charged, but rarely added to your items. Service today was the worst yet. Was met at the window with an eye roll and an open hand. Girl didnt say a word to me. Gave her my card and she walked away and immediately dropped 10 f-bombs in a row and sprinkled in the n-word a few times for good measure while talking to one of her co workers. Came back with my card and food, still not saying a word, but seemingly even more annoyed this time. Sorry i showed up at 7pm on a sunday, i guess it was break time, as 6 workers were sitting in the dining area glaring as we pulled in the parking lot...i suppose thats better than them sitting in the parking lot smoking weed and screaming obscenities like the last time i was here.... Avoid this Taco Bell if you can. They seemingly only hire thugs and angry little girls, who will treat you like garbage for simply...
