Went to lunch today at 1153am. It took until 1237pm for me to get a impossible whopper meal. Babr the smart mouth manager refused and said burger king dint give refunds on keala you haven't even received but must wait until she fixed 15 orders and still wouldn't give us our money. The broiler broke so Barb had to stand on the sandwich station to reach top of bread bin..she then stepped down and got mad because us the customer ask her to sanitize the corner where she was standing and change gloves. The company should have ladders for heights not the place where food is prepared. The cashier apologized but never did the manager. She yelled and had a fit ..NO REASON TO KEEP CUSTOMERS MONEY IF WE DONT WONT THE FOOD YOUR PREPARING SND WE HADNT RECEIVED IN 30 MINS....NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER BK...BARB LEARN HOW TO MANAGER YOUR STORE EMPLOYEES AND ATTITUDE. Read moreWaited about 15 minutes for my food in the drive through. My order was wrong and my chicken fries were room temperature. I ordered chicken fries, mozzarella sticks, and cheesy tots. Instead I got chicken fries and two orders of cheesy tots. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce and when they handed me the bag I asked if there was sauce in the bag and the drive thru operator shut the window on me. After sitting for a while she opened the window and I asked for marinara sauce and bbq sauce and I was told they were out of marinara sauce. I also asked for no ice in my drink, but got ice.
In summary: service was slow, food was wrong, food was lukewarm, drink was wrong, and I received no sauces for an item that relies on sauce so heavily that the box it comes in has a dipping sauce holder. I've had a bad experience here multiple times. I will not be returning and I recommend you avoid...
Read moreThey are notorious for getting your food wrong, and being rude about it. I've had to call them multiple times for getting orders wrong. On one visit I had asked them to add onions to a sandwich. We were eating in the store, and it had no onions, so I walked up and showed them, and I asked if they could just give me a cup or something with onions, and I'd add them myself, no worries. The cashier huffed, grabbed the sandwich out of my hand and then hurled it into a trash can across the room. This was very unnecessary. I was not mean, or angry, I was calm and friendly, smiling, and just asking for the easiest possible fix. I did not ask or need them to make the whole sandwich again. Sadly this was one of the few fast food locations near our old home, so our choices were limited. I'm so grateful we have moved and will no longer have to visit...
