The first time I went the owner was there....he was a bit callus and seemed annoyed at my education with Schlegel products....the store stinks for a plant shop...no ventilation... so all I can think about is those plants in that air. (the city air on an air quality alert day is not recommended either) I did buy a string of pearls and pep that day both died immediately...The second time I reached out on social media for a Monstera, they just posted a fresh batch just in.....they said they were in stock although online said no...I go to the store and not a single Monstera and the girl is like yeah I'm surprised but we haven't had any in a week. I hate this little style of business so I reach back on social and they are like yeah we don't have any you should check online inventory....first I did it said they were out and you guys that own the store said YOU DID I had checked online and said NO sooo long story short one of those shady business stores not a plant enthusiast store also the other reviewer is correct very high priced and Carmel is...
Read moreWe came in on Friday and it was a disappointing experience. The plants and vibe are amazing and it’s beautiful. However, we went to check out and had a really bad experience. The cashier didn’t say hi as we were checking out. We tried multiple times to pay by card. The system wasn’t working, but we had a $100 that we could pay with. One pot I was looking at I found the exact same one at another shop in the area for $22 less per pot! I like that they label each plant with the botanical name so I can look it up to make sure I care for it correctly. I wish there was also a tag that indicated how much light and water each plant needed and if it is toxic to pets (many tropical house plants are!) but a quick google search can tell me that. Overall a...
