Indy has so many great local eats and drinks! 1205 is no exception! I’ve had their stuff before at different locations and even purchasing it. But had not had the chance to come try it until now. On one side they have the bar repeal, which is cool in its own right, but little did I know they have a bar on the other side where the stills are! It’s a cozy location but still lots of places to sit, I went to the bar and grabbed a seat. Looking at their menu they stick with gin, vodka, bourbon, rum and a rhubarb liquor. I also loved the saved by the bell summer themed cocktails, I had the giggle water which was refreshing and made with vodka, and then the chicken Parker that was made with gin plus lavender bitters. They also have multiple unique drinks on their drink menu that they change seasonally. They put a lot of effort into their mixed drinks.
They distill on site and you can see their equipment from the windows.
Great place to try some good hard liquor or a...

We didn't dine or sit for cocktails, but as a whiskey (Scotch) fan, I was curious about their products. They were kind enough to let me sip/sample some of their products and I ended up purchasing a bottle of their Bourbon to take home. The two gentlemen behind the bar were welcoming, engaging, and more than happy to make our experience an enjoyable one (even though it was only about 10 minutes). If I was staying in Indy and in this area, I'd definitely stop in to try a cocktail...
