Chicago fish and chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING LOCATION ITS ALWAYS FLYS FLYING AROUND ! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO MAKE A VISIT HERE ASAP. I ORDERED A LARGE FISH ORDER WHICH WAS DONE PRETTY QUICKLY BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I TASTED IT AND IT TASTED LIKE THEY TOOK IT OUT THE FREEZER AND PUT IT STRAIGHT IN THE FRYER. I WENT PRETTY LATE SO I WAITED TILL THE MORNING TO RETURN BEING THAT THEY HAD CLOSED BY TIME I GOT HOME. I EXPRESSED TO THE MANAGER THAT IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL AND THEN DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS BLACK IN BETWEEN MY FISH AKA THE PIECE I HAD EATEN LAST NIGHT WHICH I ALSO ENDED UP THROWING BACK UP !!! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EAT AT ANY OTHER CHICAGOS AGAIN !!! WHEN I FIRST TOLD HIM THE FISH WAS NASTY HE CLAIMED IT WAS FRESH AND BROUGHT BACK A CONTAINER OF WATER WITH TILAPIA IN IT AND I TOLD HIM MAYBE THATS WHY IT TASTED NASTY THE WATER WASNT EVEN CLEAR SO THAT MADE ME EVEN MORE SICK 😷 MANAGER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL IF I SAY MY ORDER WAS NASTY & IM NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO...

The food was great, but that was it. The man who took our order didn't really speak any English and did not get our order right...the more you try to get it right...the worse it got. We just gave up and took what we got. At least it tasted good! The bathroom was...not even disgusting. There are NO words for how nasty it was. Don't use it!!! Other than filty, there was no toilet paper...but a small watering can that had clearly been used as a butt washing can! Holy cow...makes me wonder how sanitary the food it also. I heard great things about this place, and since we were close by, we decided to give it a try. On the outside, it doesn't look very promising, but the food is INCREDIBLE! We wanted to try a few things, so we ordered the gyro platter, wings, and Philly steak sandwich. All the food was piping hot, fresh, and sooo delicious! Even the fries were incredible! The neighborhood is a little sketch, but my husband was with me. I highly recommend giving it a try! They have a huge menu, and since inflation, they had to raise their prices, but...
