Antojitos Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We came from Chicago to see the eclipse and we were super hungry afterwards. This place popped on our radar and had good reviews. So we went for it. Place is cute, but the TVs were both on and while we waited for our food to go we got annoyed by how loud the TVs were and they were echoing. The cashier, she didn’t look friendly nor interested in taking our order. Then when we payed they charged us an extra $7 !!!!!! We asked for a receipt and asked her why they charged us $7 and she didn’t know what to say and blamed “the new system” and she didn’t even know how to fix it not care to make up for it or give it back. The 3 of us just looked at each other like uhm….. I mean $7 dollars for card fees is insane!! The food there was pretty good. Milanesas torta was good, bean and rice was good, arrachera was good, mole enchiladas were decent. Overall the food...

Food is okay but customer service is bad. Our office is 2 mins away from their location and they refuse to take any orders over the phone. They said they do not trust orders over the phones because people do not show up. Even after offering to pay our order over the phone they refused to take our order. Today when our office ordered food from them, they messed up one of the orders. They refused to correct the issue and rudely hanged up. They said they had other customers to take care of and had no time to be on the phone. This is not the first time they have giving us bad customer service. We have kept buying food from them because they are literally 2 mins away from us. Moving forward we will not be buying from them anymore. They are not a customer...

This restaurant,I can't put into words how good my favorite dish of theirs is. Their Caldo De Cameron (Shrimp Soup) I am pretty positive that this is their staple meal for this restaurant you can go in here and see about a 3rd or half the restaurant ordering the same dish. Their service is by far nothing special. The atmosphere is par at best. But This specific soup they sell is so good I have considered kidnapping their cooks to get the special recipe. I've even had multiple women try to duplicate this exact Soup. Also they are very overpriced but the quality is very very decent just not price worthy, but I don't care when it comes to the recipe for this shrimp soup they can...
