Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Forgot a $0.65 sauce on a previous visit. I was on lunch and they were in a lunch rush so I let it go till my next visit as I'm a regular being close to my work. The manager became very rude and started talking down to me saying he had no proof that they forgot the sauce and just walks off apparently just done with me as a customer and refuseing to replace the item that i have already paid for... the $.065 sauce that I literally get with every meal 2+ times or more in an average week. I'm there so much, half the drive thru people know me! So, very begrudgingly I pay for the sauce...again...and drive off only to park and take two bites of my burrito and getting nothing but dry rice both times. I open it up to find my $1.70 in steak added to my cheesey bean and rice got me a grand total of 3 small peices of steak and a burrito that was practically nothing but rice and bean. Furious at this point I returned the food, giving the rude manager from before the bags and demanding a full refund only to be told that he can't refund a mobile order and I have to go through the app. So since I have have to waste my whole lunch break writing to taco bells mobile app to get the money back from the screwed up order that I had to pay extra for after a previous screw up and being treated like some kind of scam artist over a $0.65 sauce cup then I figured I'd waste a little more time putting them on blast for how not to...

Sometimes the service is fantastic and great, other times it's slow and the food is cold, or the food is wrong, last time my wife went and there was a physical fight outside the front doors making its way towards our car in the drive-though. Sometimes the service is fantastic and quick and nothing wrong but others, it is just absolutely terrible, I guess it really depends on who is working there. There is a very kind older gentleman that has answered the phone and just made a mistake correct by remaking an order, very polite, kind, and apologetic, on the other hand there was a woman there that tried telling my wife and I we needed to purchase our food again because they couldn't remake it or give us a refund when as soon as we got out food, everything was cold like its been sitting for 15 minutes and we pulled around ti the drive-though immediately talking to the same girl and she was just rude like it was our fault the food was cold telling us they weren't going to remake it or refund it when barely anything was touched and tried making us repurchase the same thing... It's like a 50/50 when you go here but I truly believe it can be great with the right people and staff and proper training and weed out the bad eggs that make the experience negative for the customers and probably the...

This location has went down hill. For a few months it was a nice spot for the location it’s in and we would dine inside. They must have recently made some employment changes because we went tonight and it was terrible. Originally we ordered to dine inside. There was food and trash all over the floor and tables. Multiple homeless people hanging around. None of them had any Taco Bell items around them. One of them was in the corner watching videos about mass shootings with his phone on max volume. The other guy was in the other corner with a headset on singing aloud. A third one walked in as we were waiting for our food and left pretty quickly (seemed like he was annoyed by the other people as well). They never called out our name to say our food was done. They had it sitting on the counter bagged up as if we ordered Togo so obviously we were looking for food on a tray. Luckily for us we wanted to leave after experiencing all of this and they already had our food bagged. The staff wasn’t rude or anything just not handling the trash and loiters hanging around the building. They forgot the Catalina sauce in my wife’s meal and my youngest had something inside her cheesy roll up. Other than that the food came as ordered but all was cold.
