Worst experience ever. Will probably never return and if you're smart you should stay far away as well. I went to this location approximately 8:20pm Oct. 4th and witnessed employees and customers arguing with each and cussing each other out. The whole staff seemed to be at the front counter and no work was being done, no progress on orders, and no orders being taken. I ordered a 10 piece dark, a 12 piece meal with 3 sides, 6 biscuits and I ordered an additional 6 biscuits. I paid almost $40 for this, and when I saw the young lady putting the fries in the bag I thought was mine, I asked, "were those all the fries that were supposed to come with it, I thought they came in a little box?" She said yes, and I suggested that she should just give me the box of fries for having to witness all this nonsense. She ignored me and I know she heard me, maybe instead of being polite and courteous, I should have yelled and acted a fool to get what I wanted. So she gives me my food at 8:52pm, all squeezed into 1 bag and I asked for hot sauce for my 22 pieces of chicken, she says they don't have any. What type of chicken place doesn't keep hot sauce around, it's not like it's going to expire if they ordered too much, I mean they do sell chicken every day of the year. So I get home and try to divide up this little bit of fries between 9 people and have no hot sauce or napkins. The biscuits were good and about half of the chicken was ok, the other half was old and hard. Oh and if the owners or manager decide to make a post on here saying tell me more about my experience, for the record, I DO NOT WANT FREE FOOD, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, if you can't or wont produce it dont contact me or respond to this post, instead visit your store and find out what the hell is going on...
Read moreMy gosh... I drove 90 miles, and was excited to see Church's because they are not in my city. Waited in drive thru 10 minutes before realizing they weren't taking orders at window. Went inside to see an older white haired lady working behind the counter yelling about what a "bad day " she was having. I tried to be positive, and told her it will hopefully get better.. Wrong answer as she goes on a rant instead of just taking the orders. They were out of chicken for another 20 min, out of fries, and out of strips. So I compromise, and ordered four chicken sandwiches, plain, with pickles on the side. She goes off again, yelling there's no way to put pickles on the side, no bbq sauce, no hot sauce, no honey, no butter, and people asking her to do too much, etc.. I offered a SIMPLE solution, if we can just put pickles in a jalapeno baggie... she walks away angry. Long story short, the chicken sandwiches were as hard as dried up rocks, with no seasoning at all. All 8 of the honey biscuits we ordered were dried up and cold as well. I just returned the sandwiches and biscuits for a refund that never showed up on my card . Steer clear of...
Read moreI visited The Church's Chicken located at 8975 East Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely unpleasant. I found myself waiting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes behind another vehicle. When I finally reached the speaker, I was instructed to review the menu and then pull forward to place my order. However, I already knew what I wanted before arriving at the restaurant. Despite this, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to take my order. To my surprise, a female employee pulled up, got out of her vehicle, and went inside the restaurant. It seemed like she was attending to the drive-through window. She then proceeded to ask me for my order, which I found to be highly unprofessional. It is imperative that someone addresses the issues at this restaurant. I have visited multiple times in the past, and each time my experience has been unpleasant or my order has been incorrect. The only reason I continue to return is because of the proximity to my home, as there are no other Church's Chicken locations in the area. My loyalty is solely based on the food and not the...
