Called in and ordered a deep dish pep. They didn't even ask my name so I offered it just in case. I showed up 15 minutes later and said I had an order to pick up for a deep dish pep and the girl kind of looked around for a minute then said oh, here one is. She opened the box and looked at it then sold it to me. I got home (5 min away) and me and my family sat down to eat and when we opened the box we both looked at each other and said "man, this pizza looks old." It was super stiff and the pizza tasted like a day old. We called up LC and asked if we could bring it back for another and Palo the manager tried to give me a hard time but then reluctantly said if we bring back the pizza we could get another. When my girlfriend arrived at LC he looked at it and said it looked like it may have sat around for ten minutes or so. Well if that's really the case then it probably only takes 20 minutes for the pizzas to start growing pizza parts on them because that was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. Now don't get me wrong, I've had some pretty good pizzas from this location before but this one was not any where near okay. To top off this experience we never got a sorry for the inconvenience or I'm sorry that this pizza went out to you, nothing...Probably will just avoid this location...

I don't know if he was so messed up he forgot to cut the pizzas or if he is too lazy to do it. Once i got home and realized that not a single one of my 3 puzzas was cut i called numerous times from 915 until they closed just trying to get someone on the phone to adress the issue. I was the only person in the store and they couldnt do the simplest part outside of taking the pizza out the dang oven and thats cut it. My biggest issue is not answering the phone and refusing too answer it for the last 45 minutes of operational hours. I know there isnt a single boss in this world who says dont answer the phone 45 minutes before we close because thats possible lost business. They didnt know i was calling to complain so they really just refused to take any orders unless you walk in and practically force them to. The lady behind the cash register was asking everyone if they could speak Spanish weâre in the United States. Why should we have to speak Spanish to order our food so she took a gentleman in front of me and took his order because he could speak Spanish. This is discrimination whenever you get finished with it if they cannot speak Spanish, they werenât getting waited on. They would have to wait to be resolved.
