Fazoli's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I can not begin to express the incredible service that was shown to me in my short time at fazolis W 10th the other day. It was so phenomenal I told myself, I just have to leave a review. My visit was very brief but as soon as I walk through the door I see a gentleman (quite handsome) and greeting me with an ear to ear smile at the register. I glance at his name tag and see his name is Josh. I asked josh what do you recommend? He told me the pizza at fazolis was just amazing and that I had to try it and that I did. He seated me with such confidence as he placed a number on my table. Soon after he brought my pizza out he also brought a cup to my table as he had forgotten to give it to me at the register. He then offered to fill it up for me with the drink of my choice. Sprite I told him. As he brought it back to the table I took at sip from the straw he also bought me. The pizza was Immaculate with such gooey cheese and and savory pepperoni. The crust was buttered to perfection. As I finished my meal I thought to myself how astounding my service was. I wanted to give a shoutout to Kaithlyn G. at the Fazoli’s on West 10th Street—she truly made our visit extra special. I brought my kids in for a meal, and not only was she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she also helped save me money twice, which I really appreciated.

My son is a very picky eater and usually only wants breadsticks. Kaithlyn picked up on that right away when we were ordering, and when she personally brought our food to the table, she placed the breadsticks right in front of him with a smile and said, “These are all yours—no need to share! If the family wants more, I’ll bring some.” That small gesture made my son feel so seen and included.

She checked on us a couple of times throughout the meal and was just genuinely kind and attentive. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes out of their way to create a positive experience. Kaithlyn is a gem and a great asset...

Totally wowed... I have been yo mamy Fazolis over the years and i eat at one anout once a month lately. I decided to come eat at the one on 10th st today. Its close to my home and i had never been to this one before. So i order and the woman was very pleasant. I took my number and sat down to wait for my food. Another employee brought my food to me. She sat the serving tray up on thr portable stand and asked me if i would like her to grate some parm for my salad and pasta. I was really wowed by that. NEVER has anyone fone that before. I don't know if its something new or if i have just found my favorite location. Very impressed and i will tell everyone i know to start going to this Location. All of the staff seemed very friendly and laid back. I hope that many more people will visit this location and love it as well. Now this is what normal is. U really don't see this kind of team work...
