Fazoli's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I called Nov 4 to place a carryout order my husband would later pick up on his way home from work. He was 25 min away when i placed the call. I followed the prompts for a carryout order, to which the phone rang and rang, eventually giving me the busy signal. I immediately call back and follow prompts to just speak to someone at the location. Someone answers immediately. I say that I'd like to make a carryout order. She places me on hold. By hold, she just sat the phone down. I could hear all the rumblings and goings on of the restaurant. Several times it sounded like the phone was picked up and moved, but never hung up. My husband got to the restaurant, asked to speak to the manager, told them I was STILL on hold. I was not hanging up until I talked with someone. I felt I was owed an appology. Mind you, by this point, i have been on hold for over 30 mins. Well, he ordered, waited on the completed order and then when his number was called, he AGAIN reminded them his wife was still on hold. No one had gotten back to her to appologize. I ended up hanging up after 40 minutes. And you wanna know the kicker?? The MANAGER didn't offer my husband anything. No appology. Did not offer him even a free breadstick for the horrible customer service. They never even came back to the phone and apologized. Aweful customer service. Just. AWEFUL. This manager should be ashamed of herself. If i KNEW her name, I would call her out by it... Heather J is on my receipt as the cashier, maybe...

I put one star only so I could comment on how horrible my experience was at this location. A friend and myself visited this poorly managed restaurant last night and the customer service was horrible. The only employee who had fairly good customer service seemed like he must’ve been in training due to he was running the register under someone else’s name. The girl who was training him was very rude to him and in front of customers. When my friend gave the employee a look (as anyone with eyes may due so) an employee (which was said maybe her sister) from the kitchen, yelled all the way to the front and very disrespectfully to my friend. She used lots of profanity toward us as there were other customers in the restaurant. When I asked this employee what her name was she replied “nonya”. I asked to speak with the manager. As I was speaking with the manager to get the information to report this employee. This employee proceeded to come to the front and still yell and curse as if she was not in a place of business. My friend and I ordered at least $40 worth of food. However, due to not being satisfied with how the manager handled this employee because she continued to verbally attack us. I politely asked the manager for a refund which she did, but as she did so stated “customer isn’t the job for her as well”. As a result of this incident my friend and I took our money and dined at Olive Garden and will not being patronizing this...

Started off with a line of 5 people at the counter one person working the counter who is either new or completely incompetent (leaning towards both). There were 4 people in the back (that I saw) only one was actually doing anything. After taking about 5 minutes to take the orders of 2 people someone else came from the back and also attempted to take orders, he seemed not quite as new but also didnt appear to know how to work the register. Neither person greeted anyone. When we finally got to the point of ordering my wife wanted to change a sauce from meatsauce to alfredo this completely confounded both people and they resigned to just tell the kitchen. It's been 15 minutes since we ordered and they just brought out the food and both orders were incorrect. Edit: they took mine back because it was completely wrong my wife just ate hers. They asked if we wanted breadsticks we said yes. They came back with my food mostly right but no bread. After waiting for a bit I went to the counter and asked about bread and was told they were going to come around. Sat back down and waited. At this point there are about 10 families in the dining area, all of which arrived around the same time. They brought out a total of 8 breadsticks. There wasnt enough obviously. They said that there were more in the oven. We left about 10 minutes after that and they had not brought any...
