Greek's Pizzeria Fletcher Place/Fountain Square — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We ordered pizza on a Sunday around dinner time for take away and when we arrived at the address listed on the website (and google) all of the lights were off and the door was locked. We had already paid online (as there is no option for cash) and so we were obviously very frustrated. We tried calling the store multiple time, but kept getting hung up on, which was also super weird. We then filled out the customer service form and asked for a manager to call us and they did pretty quickly, but were exasperated with me on the phone when they tried to explain that I went to the wrong place (which is incorrect since I went to the address, which had the Greek's pizza sign on it) and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go around the corner, which we drove back to do, and there was this super sketchy door with no sign, no lights, no anything where we were supposed to pick up our pizza. It was awful. There was no explanation online that we would need to do that; there was no sign on the front door that I needed to walk around to the side of the building; there were no lights or signage that would lead me to believe this was a pizza place; and when I tried to call, no one bothered to answer to explain this to me. Bartender with the stomach tattoo has a horrible attitude . It’s a loud bar when we got in the other male bartender told us to grab our own menus and the bartender with the stomach tattoo claims to have told me to order from the bar . We notice the menu says “scan here order here” so we use the menu order food and at the time it said it’d be ready I asked how I would get my food. Mind you the bartender with the stomach tattoo was assuring another customer having a long convo and I waited until the male bartender was free and he answered my question until the stomach tattoo one interrupted and said “ when you order from the menu we don’t get paid we don’t get tipped figure it out yourself” why have the option of ordering online FROM THE MENU if your bartender is going to throw a fit because she dosnt get tipped because of it ? It was a fun bar but she ruined the whole experience of me and my party. I will say the kitchen staff in the back super helpful and had a waaaayyy better attitude than the front of house staff . So remember if you go don’t follow intrusions on the menu and instead order from the bar so the bartenders won’t yell about not getting tips because online order are automatically...

I have gotten carry out here a couple of times per month over the last couple of years. Over the last couple of months, their customer service has been pretty terrible. Usually I have to call somewhere from 4 to 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone (the phone just hangs up on you after about 4 rings.). Tonight I got hung up on the first 4 times I called to place an order for take out. On my 5th call, a man answer and said "please hold" and put me on hold. After 12 minutes of holding, I was annoyed and just the walked two blocks from my house to Greek's and told them I'd been on hold for about 15 minutes and wanted to order pizzas. The guy at the carry out counter said "we're busy". After a few more minutes of waiting, another guy came and took my order. Their pizza is good, but not good enough to overcome the lousy service.
