Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I went thru the drive thru to order my son my daughter n myself some breakfast, at the speaker ordering the person on the intercom was very irritated that I was at the drive thru speaker trying to order n she seems mad cause I was taking a moment to look at the menu board. So we placed our order n drove up to the window to pay n she(April S.) slammed the drive thru window open n was EXTREMELY RUDE as she said the total(no greeting, nothing‼️) she (April S.) shoved the bag in my face so I took the food and re responded by THROWING MY DEBIT CARD N THE RECEIPT OUT THE WINDOW ON THE GROUND‼️ So I asked to speak to the manager. She insisted she (April S.) was the manager so I asked for corporate number n her name n she told me that was none of my business, and slammed the drive thru window in my face‼️And she (April S.) walked away n NEVER CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW. So I put my truck in park n was waiting on a manager to speak with and up walks the POLICE‼️ She (April S.) called the cops on me😳so I’m talking with the police n they basically tell me I am wrong for asking for respect from the employee at the drive thru window of Hardee’s (April S.) I called over 10 different Hardee’s stores around n finally found on close by that finally gave me the district managers phone number. I leave a message n when she returns my call it’s from her personal phone n apologizes to me n says we want u to continue to eat at Hardee’s so she offered to send me some coupons for my inconvenience 😳 …Needless to say I have NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL N YES I GAVE HER MY ADDRESS SO BASICALLY APRIL S WAS NEVER REPRIMANDED FOR HER RUDE BEHAVIOR N I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. SO IS THIS HOW HARDEES ALLOWS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT THEIR...

Avoid this Hardee's maybe if we boycott it they will close this place. Tonight was the last straw, I've had many issues with cold tenders, old meat, old fries, long waits(i don't mind as long as food is right and fresh) but tonight just killed my love for Hardee's.

I wanted to try the new rib burger and made it clear it was going to by my first one. After placing my order I was stuck at the speaker for 5 or so min, because of the line, she came over the speaker and apologized for the wait and stated it was for fresh fries(wich is awesome I'll wait for fresh). They handed my strawberry shake to the lady in front of me and after 3 or so minutes the employee asked for it back and I saw the lady hand the employee back my shake. So next is me and I get my food on the way home I notice my curly fries are far from fresh (on a scale of 1-10 1 being old 10being fresh they were a 2)and only half full. Once home I open up the burger to see a sprinkling of onions and 1 yes only 1 rib on the burger 3 could have fit with room to spare...

It looks like this place has had nothing but bad reviews recently... I don't want to cost people their job but this place needs a major overhaul or just to...

They're much more friendly and professional since they transferred the morning manager. Im the kind of man that gets along with everyone. But for some reason that morning manager, plain and simple, just didnt like me. But everyone else up there is great. So I called the Hardee's tip line and got a call back immediately. I guess she has had numerous complaints. I cant believe they didnt fire her. She is not made for customer service. She needs to work in a factory or something. And im not trying to be rude. Every morning id say good morning and she wouldn't say a word back. One morning I was $.16 cents short and instead of saying you LITERRALLY are in her every morning, which I am, she made me go home and get the $.16 cents. She is just miserable. I hope i never run into her again. I've just never been treated so poorly at any restaurant. I honestly feel sorry for her. But I give credit when its due. Hardess got her out of that store, but in my opinion. She should've been fired. Im not the only person who has had problems with her. I was ALWAYS kind to her. She told me I wasn't allowed to come back to her store. I was like, really. But I got her taken care...
