Burger King — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. I've previously had wonderful interactions with every shift I've ordered food from. Tonight was bad. Wound up in the drive through 3 times. 1st try, wrong whoppers, we called and manager Evey said to bring all the food back, so we did. We had made it all the way home and had to come all the way back out. 2nd try, received our burgers (still wrong) and no large fry, we had given all the food back so we only had the burgers and drink at this point. 3rd time back through to get our large fry and Evey handed us a small fry. I told her I needed the large, that's what we had ordered, and she tried to argue that she had replaced all the sandwiches and that she wasn't going to replace the fry we handed back because it wasn't in the original bag we handed back. She went to look and found that we DID in fact hand her a large fry back. She gave me the fry, we left and didn't even eat our food because we're pretty certain it was tampered with. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and I hope Evey receives better customer...

We stopped by to grab lunch quickly and get to our appointment on time and since service was very fast, I should've known something was wrong. I ordered a Jr. Whopper meal with a large Coke no ice. I asked that the whopper be cooked twice and only have cheese, mayonnaise, heavy onion, and pickle! What I received was a well done whopper, NO CHEESE, a dribble of mayonnaise, "2" pieces of onion, and 1 pickle and ICE in my Coke!? We'd left to make our appointment on time without first looking in the bag. I ate the french fries and drank the watery Coke. As we were leaving town on our way back home, we stopped and I went inside. The manager was in awe that I'd ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese and heavy onion and didn't receive it and was miffed I'd been served ice in my Coke, as she drinks hers without ice, too! Immediately, she had a fresh and correct sandwich made. All in all, it was very good food and I'll go back but, I'll definitely check the bag...

Easy to notice. Employees were very polite and friendly. Was kinda of busy, so had to wait about 10mins for our order. They forgot an item, went back to counter to get it, employee apologized sincerely and got the item really quick.When we were leaving, there was an employee in the lobby cleaning a mess left behind by a group of teenagers and cleaning really good. There was another employee outside, who was cleaning, emptying trash cans, sweeping sidewalk and entryway. Only thing we did not like was that there was a group of teenagers who were being too loud for a public place like this, they were using vulgar language (we had a child with us, so I did not like that at all), they were making fun of other customers and employees, playing music on their phones really loud, just really bothersome and although it was not the employees fault, no employees nor management asked them to quiet down or anything.
