I probably shouldn't have dined here, but I chose Hardee's because I wanted to have the Beyond Meat product offered at the franchise. I decided to go in to order my meal, and the restaurant appeared to be clean. When it was my turn to place my order, I was greeted by the cashier. I began my transaction and I detected an attitude from this woman. She seemed to be bothered by me for ordering this particular sandwich. When I asked about my drink, (half sweet and half unsweetened tea) I again felt like I was hassling her by making the request. It was made improperly, and I could here her fussing when the manager fixed the mistake. As chance would have it, I get to my car and opened my sandwich; it was not what I wanted. It was a simple mistake; I didn't request cheese on the burger. I took it back in, and the woman challenged me when I informed her of my issue. She was angry, and asked me if I stated that I didn't want cheese!? Normally, I would have simply requested a refund at this point, but I was curious as to how far she was going to go with her antics. She went back the grill area and began speaking in Spanish and took the sandwich and aggressively flung it into the wastebasket. I remained calm and actually thanked her when she handed me the remake. Good customer service goes a long way, and I didn't receive that from her. Needless to say, I simply won't patronize this...

I'm so sick of hearing places like this offer me meals I don't want before I can say a word. They interupt you to get their sales pitch out there. As soon as I hear that crap I just leave, there are plenty other fast food restaurants seconds away. You are hardees, not a fancy steakhouse, I can see your menu and don't need or want to hear your schpeel. Also, i think it was on valentine's day this year, but anyway, I was there like 2 minutes before they started serving lunch. I was the only one in drive thru and they wouldn't take my lunch order. I said I could wait until they were ready. They told me they needed me to pull around to the side while I waited. Really, 2 mins before lunch with no one in line and I'm doing laps waiting to order lunch? No, no thanks, I'll go to burger king. I'd recommend going to another hardees if possible. Read moreDrive through weekend "too early" morning Staff Member was very nice and was happy to apply my coupon; he also reminded me to bring "the other one" for breakfast tomorrow! Lol, great upsell, but I've saved it for this weekend instead. 🙃 Visit went quickly, the line had no more than 5 of us, but I definitely blocked someone into a spot temporarily, due to the smallish awkward size of the lot and 2 F150's. Depending on the size of your vehicle, getting out from the drive thru lane can be a bit awkward as well. In general, I've been eating here for many years and I've always had good customer service.
