If I could give six stars I would. There is no amount of stars to indicate my pleasure with this restaurant, the staff, and the decor. This was our first visit and immediately on entering we noticed how nice it looked. It appeared to have been totally redone inside and everything looked brand new. We were seated and Laura came to serve us. It didn't take long to know she was kind, pleasant, customer driven, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She should be the face of this restaurant in many ways.
My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs. I ordered the carne asada skillet with a side of blueberry-banana multi grain pancakes. I believe the pancakes came with my skillet. When the food arrived all I can say is WOW! The biscuits and gravy were perfect, biscuits soft and flaky with plenty of sausage in the gravy. There was no question it was freshly made. Secondly my wife and I are picky about our eggs. We both enjoy "over medium" to assure the white totally cooked. Our eggs came perfect with the white totally cooked and plenty of yolk to enjoy with the toast or hash browns. My steak in the skillet was medium, perfect in seasoning and plenty of it. There was just the right amount of jalapeno and the slice of habenero cheese give it the kick I enjoy. It was not overly warm but provided the pepper flavor to enjoy with the meat and eggs.
Lastly we enjoyed a strawberry mimosa made from fresh squeezed juices. Yummy. Our next visit we will try the flight of mimosas to see which one we like best.
I often do not write this many words on my reviews as lengthy reviews can be a negative BUT this restaurant and staff deserve every word here. Go try it for yourself, ask for Laura to serve you, and fill yourselves on some of the best food we have had since relocating to...
Read moreOh. My. God! The Belgian Bird was the reason why I came here and the exact reason why I came back! Listen, the waffles are so perfectly adorable and filling, don't even be skeptical of rather you will get full because of the size of them. If you are a media influencer this dish is picture perfect especially the waffles. The gravy they made with this dish is seasoned and well fitting for the chicken. THE CHICKEN!!!!! Oh my God, not everyone can make chicken, but Mornings can. Their chicken was well seasoned and crispy. I know this is not Burger King, but they made my dish my way. I wanted some fruit on my waffles and they had no problem doing it. You will not regret getting this dish!
The French toast was so satisfying. The topping they put on it is so delicious. I don't even know what it is called but it definitely compliments their French toast. The dish is filling and the fruit is fresh. It definitely satisfied my morning craving. No complaints here.
I had the breakfast burrito and Mimosa flight. I tried all the mimosas.if you are splitting the flight with someone then the price seems reasonable. If you are not then the price does not seem reasonable for the size of the mimosas that you get. The potatoes were well seasoned and delicious, our waiter had patience with us and the burrito was hot and fresh. They played classics and the establishment has a good vibe. I definitely will be coming back!

Read moreStayed near by for a weekend get away (From Ohio) and after doing some google searches, stubbled on this place. After seeing the star value and reading some reviews, we decided to check it out.
First of all, the atmosphere is great and the small outdoor seating looked perfect. We were seated as soon as we walked in but noticed it was pretty busy place, which is another good sign. The menu has a little bit of everything and also has alcohol drinks. We ordered and our food took a bit of time to come, but nothing unreasonable. We noticed we didn't have any utensils so it took a bit of time to be able to start on our meals which was frustrating and I had to ask several times for refills of our coffees which is a small issue.
Our biggest complaint? The food was just ok. I do love spice in my foods and I ordered the breakfast burrito, with chorizo added. I assumed it would have a bit of a chorizo type spice in the taste but to be honest, it had zero flavor to it. Very bland. My girlfriend ordered an omelet with chorizo as well and felt the same way. She doesn't like salt in her foods and even she had to add some salt and pepper for some seasoning. I also ordered a side of corn beef hash and not only was it bland, the meat was extremely fatty.
Was the food hot and edible, yes however it lacked any flavor or seasoning to all of our dishes. I wouldn't say to pass on this place, but I also wouldn't...
