Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. We waited for over two hours for the pizza to be delivered. One delivery driver showed up and left because he had the wrong pizza. The second time a driver came by got the driver got out, asked what our name was on our order, then got back in his car and left. He proceeded to go back to the store and LIE to them claiming there were a group of people outside "drunk" and he felt unsafe. 1. There were two people sitting on the porch. We have cameras pointing out on our street and porch (which I do not mind pulling back to prove a point) which trumps all claims that your LYING INCOMPETENT LIFE LONG CAREER PIZZA BOY made. 2. No one is drinking (who are you, do you have a six sense, maybe you should work for IMPD) & 3. We paid over the phone with a bank card. Why would you feel unsafe like you're going to robbed when you don't even have to do anything but hand me my pizza. But let's move on. Finally two hours later, two failed attempts, we were waiting on the third delivery try. When the guy arrived he asked us for our ID (for a f'n pizza) We tried to explain to him our concerns to why it's taken three different attempts to get out pizza, that this man ADMITTED was put back in the oven when it was taken back by the second driver to warm back up. The driver wanted to argue and tell us he wasn't going to leave the pizza. Finally after 10 mins of him making excuse after excuse we just signed the receipt and he left. The pizza was made incorrect, and was hard on the edges but every other bite was chewy. Needless to say I have over 3/4 of a pizza left and is trash. After recontacting the restaurant again we were told that we "threatened" the driver and exact words from the minimum wage worker on the phone was "F* Y, I believe my driver and we won't be doing anything as far as fixing the pizza."

My first time ordering from this Jack's because I live South West but being Sunday & Mothers Day I was hanging out with my mom on the East side. Decided we wanted some pizza & we ordered Jack's for pick up. Delivery being an hour and a half out. So I walk in a bit early & find two young men, looking extra ghetto, (sorry it is what it is) and thought ... great!😏 "Pizzas gonna suck, young folks today have no drive or even understand customer service respect, it's a wrap, this pizza is gonna suck!" Yes I stereo typed my surroundings very quickly. You blame me these days!? But not at all any of the above... one young man approached me took my name my money and had the upmost respect. Let me know it'd be a few more minutes and went back to work. Made sure after about 5 minutes I knew it was almost done. Called me Ms. Tammy, remembering my name. Finally my pizzas comes up we go home and eat. OMG! That pizza melts in our mouths! Sausage Pepperoni & Banana Peppers... perfectly distributed across this 16" pizza. Will definitely recommend, especially with those same young men. And the place wasn't filthy. I wish I would've taken a pic of the pizza but honestly good food is meant to be eaten not the star of a photo shoot😉 Not one customer that walked in why I was there was treated any differently. The manager peeked out & greeted most customers as well. Not bad at all! It's very rare I 5 star any company. No one is perfect. But Michigan & Washington St. Jack's was...

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese delivered. Cost me 28.00. My pizza, not only didn’t have extra cheese, there one maybe two pepperoni per slice, dry looking and barely had sauce. I drove up to Pendleton Pike location with the pizza. The manager stated it did have extra cheese and the correct amount of sauce because he watched it being made. I said I’ve been coming here a long time and have spent a lot money in this establishment, I’ve gotten pizzas were the extra cheese stretched when you got a piece. The manager had the nerve to say he probably fired that person because all topping are supposed to be measured. I politely demanded a new pizza with more sauce and more cheese. He politely told me he was going to charge me for another pizza with more sauce and extra cheese. I asked for my pizza back and told him I will not be back. Jacks slogan “They pile it on” is nothing but a lie and they know nothing about customer service. When I order extra cheese dang blasted I want extra cheese with enough sauce. I work hard for my money and I won’t be spending it at Jacks ever again. I might have to drive a little further to another pizza shop but at least I’ll get what I paid for....
