Lincoln Lane is such a staple for the community. I love their rotating seasonal menu here and all of the tasty snacks available.
Aside from that, what I love is that they offer a type of work training program from youth to build employment skills as baristas.
There are a host of community events as well such as game nights and movie nights. Anytime you have an idea of something that would benefit community building, Brandon & Jalen are always all ears and willing to work with you to bring your idea to life.
As someone who has a sibling with special needs, it makes my heart happy to know of how safe this space is. They’ve hosted a “sensory Santa” event in the winter time, and don’t patronize those who need adjustments or additional support. Patience, kindness, and empathy are at the forefront of Lincoln Lane.
That’s why this place will always get five stars from me. Since it’s a community space, you can always find a laundromat, a coworking space, games for kids and adults a like…. And you can always pop in to use the restroom, or just work without feeling the need to buy something (…however, if you have the funds, definitely support this spot and get yourself some tasty coffee!)

All the seating was covered in filth and the store smelled of must. The barista seemed to have no idea to do their job and was completely unhelpful. Seemly unable to answer even the simplest questions we had. And completely unprompted told us that the building used to be an old strip club. I was sadly disappointed with the atmosphere and service. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is for the work they do in the community which is amazing. Everything else was extremely...

Maybe you're drawn by the $1 cuppa joe (which is amazing) ...or the hand-crafted honey lavender latte (which is super amazing). I love to come on Tuesdays for Toddler Tuesday, when the noise of my three kids is actually encouraged and there are lots of other moms to talk to. They bring out toys for kids and you get a free hot chocolate when you buy a latte. But the community is the best part and it is FREE!
P.S. When it's not Tuesday this is probably the quietest coffee shop in the city. It's a great place to...
