Walked in to pick up a pizza and crazy bread that I had ordered online early on a Sunday evening. I was the only customer in the building but I stood there completely unacknowledged for close to 5 minutes while the employee counted the cash register. When he finally finished counting and complaining he asked if I needed to order and I told him I’d placed an order online. He threw up his hands and said they haven’t been getting any online orders, turned around, walked into the back, and started hitting the receipt printer. I didn’t know if that meant they were going to start making it or what. I waited for probably another 10 minutes until a second employee came to the front. There was another customer behind me waiting and when the second employee asked me what I needed and I told him I was picking up an online order. He said okay and asked the customers behind me if they needed to order. He ended up having to talk to them for several minutes before understanding that they had ordered online and wanted to add a few pizzas to their order. The employee said he could add on some hot and ready pizzas and so I had to interject and say “hey, my order was just a hot and ready pepperoni and crazy bread. If you have that made, can I just have my order please?” The employee agreed and I finally got out of there with what I ordered but there’s no way I’ll go back to this location. Pizza was on par. Read moreUsually this Little Caesar's is pretty on point, I always use their pizza portal service, what's supposed to happen is you both order and pay through their App, then you get a text or email with a 3 digit code. Once your order is ready for pick up, all you're supposed to have to do is walk in, walk straight up to the pizza portal, push in your 3 digit code, and your order pops out like a pizza vending machine! Only this time, I walked in and although my order said "ready" in my notifications, there was nothing in the pizza Portal?! So, I stood there, 3 people deep in line and waited for an additional 10 min before I decided to just call the store and ask what the issue was, since that would CLEARLY be faster! Nope! Foiled again! Their listed phone number is OUT OF SERVICE!!! This I thought, sounds about right.... Finally upon reaching the counter (which by the way they have set up like a bank with bullet proof plexy glass) I explained my dilemma, only to have the worker collect my order, not give it to me, but put it into the pizza portal! For me to push in the code to collect??? WOW.. Think I'm done? I wish! I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. My daughter is a vegetarian, hence the cheese. Get home and pop open the boxes and BOTH PEPPERONI! Great... I mean really?? So now I get to order a cheese pizza from Domino's, at least they'll deliver it! Read moreI usually choose this location over the rest, but never again. Unfortunately, I had a very horrible experience a couple of nights ago. Saturday, to be exact. The day before Easter. I am finishing up last-minute Easter shopping and decided to stop real fast to get something " HOT AND READY. " Nothing was ready. I didn't care too much about waiting for fresh food. It shouldn't take too long, right? Almost an hour. I sat there while this employee who was having a really hard time understanding me, she could not speak English very well and was extremely rude to me. I asked her name and also where and why my order was taking so long, LINDA looked up and smiled at me. That let me know she was intentionally taking forever with just my order. I had no idea that stopping at this location to pick up 2 hot and ready pizzas would result in this much time lost out of my day. Plus, a bunch of hungry kids at home waiting to eat. BTW, I also had to do an online order at the store because Linda couldn't do her job and help a customer. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.
