Ordered my burger with bacon and cheese no onions still seen onions...then they was out of bacon.. ...then if I didn't say anything they was going to charge me for it ..then I took the burger anyway and the mozzarella cheese sticks..so I asked for horseradish mustard and marinara sauce for my items I ordered I paid and left I was about to eat my food .I didn't have any condiments that I asked for or any napkins ...very poor customer service...then I went back and the lady wasn't to happy that I had came back venting my unhappiness with what I had been given...mind you I was at work and took my break trying to get a quick meal. No that didn't happen... was very unhappy with food and service...so the manager came to try to make the situation better and she made it worse because she came with a attitude like she didn't want to be at work today ...but u let your staff not inform the customer what your store don't have until after they paid for items. So sad for business...so after I let her know how I felt and want my money back she had an even more attitude then when she 1st came trying to help the situation...so sad some people need a new job and attitude...I'm paying my money to eat good not for you to mess it up and not explain until I come back asking for a refund...It's ok steak and shake was better 🤣🤣🤣your loss I spent more with them and I had no problems be careful how you treat paying...
Read moreWent up there around 12:30 ish almost 1 and ordered 20 sliders. We asked for no onion and cheese and fries . We get to go pay and the lady says your order is the sliders so we said yes. Then we get our order later and they forgot the fries so we have to re order the fries at the window. We later proceed to go home and find that we have onions and no cheese on our meal . We come back a little upset and ask to replace our meal with no onions and cheese. They later come back and say that they can't because it's a 40 meal. Rachel the manager got real rude about it. Said that she would replace the meal and then proceeded to say she wouldn't because we was arguing with her. We wasn't arguing with her we was upset bc we know from the beginning that we said no onions and cheese . She said that we would have to come back tomorrow morning when the other manager is in the building. We left and then came back and try to show that it said no cheese but the wc stood for white Castle instead of without cheese. The overall story is that the General Ai computer messed up our order and then we got rude customer service from Rachel the manager and then we couldn't even eat our food so it stayed sitting in the box . I really hope someone can do something about this because this has been the worst experience out of all the times that I come to this...
Read moreI will not return to this White Castle. I've experienced bad customer service at restaurants before, it's expected at times. I understand that it's a fast paced environment that requires multitasking; but to be noticed and completely ignored is not something I anticipate. I do not know her name but the young lady working tonight, she appeared to be the lead associate ( only associate wearing an orange shirt) . She was working the front register. Rude. She glanced at me with a look of disgust when I approached the front counter; did not acknowledge me. I'm not expecting to be served immediately, but at some point yes. Two older gentlemen ordered and left, still not acknowledged. I was the only customer inside the store eventually, still I was not acknowledged; she continued to take periodic glances at me. A few crew members did. I decided to sit down and wait to be acknowledged. I hadn't ordered anything, she knew this because she kept looking at me. I eventually gave up and placed my order thru the app. It took a shift change for me to get noticed by Kaelynn, who politely asked " Had I been helped ?" I informed her of the mobile order I placed, which had not been pulled nor completed. Kaelynn acknowledged the order and prepared it for me, as the rude young lady clocked out and went home.
