Went last night to get food for the family. I had ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce, add pickle. And a mcchicken light lettuce. Then my husband reminded me he wanted two so I asked to actually have 2 of the mcchickens no lettuce, add pickle. After ordering everything I was given my total but my order never appeared on my screen. I paid and my total seemed appropriate. And I didn't bother looking at the receipt since my total seemed appropriate to me and it was dark out. Got to the 2nd window and noticed I was missing my mcchicken with light lettuce. The young lady at the window seemed confused but was nice and asked I had one made. Then a young man with dreads came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explained to him I was missing a mcchicken. Very rudely he says to me that I only ordered two. I said to him that I had asked for 3 when I ordered and that if there was only 2 on their screen that I would like to order the one I was missing. I was not being rude and was offering to pay for the one I didn't get. He didn't say anything. Just rolled his eyes, shut the window and walked away. I didn't understand what the attitude was for. I wasn't upset. I didn't give him an attitude. And I wasn't asking for free food. The young lady from before came back a few seconds later and handed me my chicken. She apologized for the mistake and told me to have a great night. I asked her if I needed to pay for it and she told me no. She was very sweet and the reason I'm giving 3 stars for this review instead of 1. I worked in the service industry for a decade before becoming a business owner and even worked at this exact location right out of high school. So I know that there about a dozen other ways that he could have explained to me as to why I didn't receive my 3rd mcchicken in a polite way. The young lady displayed great customer service. Read moreIf u could give zero stars I would bc this location is constantly closed "early" on SATURDAY NIGHT nonetheless and they NEVER have the shake machine working and then told me they couldn't give me orange juice (furing a 9am breakfast rush) because their "orange juice machine was down" they constantly mess up orders and are extremely rude when they are presented with problems or are busy at all. I have called corporate about them so many times and have NEVER gotten a response about any of the issues I've mentioned. It's a joke of a franchise and the franchise owner is turning away a ridiculous amount of money but how "early" they've closed on weekend nights. Tonight there were 10 people aitting in the driveway with all the lights on and everything and no one ever even came on the speaker to tell anyone they were closed. I'm absolutely appalled.
Updated December 2021: Took me about 45 min to get thru the drive thru at 7pm on a Wednesday. NOT A SINGLE PERSON was wearing any kind of uniform and not one person had a smile or said thank you or was even friendly. They order wrong and when I asked them to correct it, they rolled their eyes, shut the window returned with the coredcf food, handed it to me and abruptly shut the window and walked away. Read moreThe facts are these: My dad and I went in for 2 freaking black coffees at the beginning of a work day. They were too busy to even bother with us until finally some lady told us she was too busy to bother with us and to use the kiosk. So we use the kiosk to order 2 freaking black coffees. The card was charged and the receipt printed out blank. Meanwhile a line had formed. So we showed them the receipt and asked them to pour us 2 freaking black coffees. All they did was look at it and say, “Oh yeah. That kiosk does that.” Mmm thanks guys. I was ready to hop back behind the counter and pour the coffee myself since I could see the pot and it’s not difficult to pick it up and pour it into a cup. But my dad (who is super gracious) told me to cool it and get back in line. We waited behind several people who had come in while we were messing with the stupid kiosk and who had larger orders than us and were getting served. Finally. Finally they poured 2 freaking black coffees and called it out. We got back in the truck and McDonald’s coffee usually is pretty good. Yeah, this stuff is so weak it’s like water.
