It seems since the pandemic things have really gone downhill at this McDonald's. I had given it a very high rating. Some of my frustration is due to the app which I don't think is entirely fair to put on this particular franchise. However they don't own up to their own issues and seem to blame customers instead of being helpful. Today all their screens were down I pulled up having already ordered on the app. There was seemingly no one in front of me until I pull closer saying that everyone was lined up behind the first window so I passed by the speaker to go order at the first window. I'm glad to admit that I aired and should have stopped at the speaker to see if they were taking orders. When I arrived at the first speaker a significant line had formed behind me. I gave the lady at the window my your number she tells me that I should go get back in line because she can't pull it up. She starts telling me that she can't do it at that register and I said when I go talk to you through the speaker what register will you be at then. I don't claim to understand their system. What it feels like is something's not working right and so their answer is for me to go waste more of my time. I canceled my order and left. This was the straw that broke the camel's back as I've had many issues lately here. I'm sure it has something to do with the pandemic and having a hard time finding reliable work. Read moreFor the second day in a row, I tried to get a McCafe because it was on the Mc Donald's App, FREE. Yesterday, the machine was broken. Today, I called the store to see if it was fixed and someone, who was extremely rude"What are you talking about?" said when I was asking about the McCafe machine. She said it was fixed, however, when I tried to get it again today, I was told the machine was being cleaned at 5:30 PM. That used to be the dinner rush hour. I guess coffee is only served at breakfast. So, back on the App. $2.00 off Egg McMuffin. So, I got that and a Large Coke. At the window, I was told I owed $4.57 AFTER THEY MY COUPON. I said that was wrong and why did she not scan it with the scanner and she said it does not work half the time. She called someone who never came. She left to get someone who ALSO did not know how to scan the coupon. Meanwhile people behind me are getting impatient and my McMuffin was getting cold. By the way, the total was $2.18 NOT $4.57 AFTER THE COUPON. OH, and yesterday, they raised the small order of fries from $1.00 to $1.19! So, I am UNINSTALLING THE McDonald's APP and I probably will go to the McDonald's on South Keystone in the future. I know how hard the employees work. I blame it on the management and the Corporate office for not being aware of what is on the McDonald's APP and not providing their employees with a working scanner and having a very popular item unavailable 2 DAYS IN A ROW. Read moreI would not have gave them any stars. They called the cops and ambulance on me as I was sitting in drive thru. I leaned forward cause my back was really hurting and I had just had surgery a month before that and they said I was passed out behind the wheel when I was talking to them. The night shift people are very rude. They was very slow when we was just in there and the dining room was sooo freaking nasty. The boy brings out a mop and the mop bucket with no mop water in it and goes to mop the floor that is seriously nasty looking with trash all over it. He didn't even sweep the floor and mopped a little tiny section if that's what you call it cause he sure didn't have any mop water at all. Walking around talking with I guess his buddies and was cussing up a storm in front of customers. Dragging the dust pan around the floor and it was very loud instead of just picking it up and carrying it. The managers standing on front line with these kid's that work there leaning up against stuff just talking. You walk in and don't even get greeted. You ask the cashier something and another person walked up I guess to clock out and she buts in on our conversation and says well don't ask me. I said I didn't ask you and I wasn't even talking to you. This place is a joke anymore. They get paid good money to work there but can't even get your orders correct or make sure the dinning...
