I usually can go to this location for my lunch break, but today they have lost my business. I waited 20+ Minutes for a McDouble and fries. People that had ordered after me got their order before me with minimal issues. They even tried to give me the wrong order all together.
After waiting, completely missing my lunch break, I gotten my food and I had asked to be refunded while keeping the food. I felt that I was owed that due to the delay. The manager didn’t even look at me or hear my side of the story before saying no due to me keeping the food. So I got the refund and left the food.
I was not the only one complaining. Another customers had to yell to get someone at the register ( after standing and waiting) and another customer had issues with the internet and was met with no help. This place is falling apart and no one cares!
I would have been satisfied if someone acknowledged that the service I received was poor and unacceptable, but they just kept making excuses! That is not how you treat your customers.

I always try to give places another chance l. I honestly have been here a few times since the review. But today takes the cake again. This time, they upgrades my meal to a large without me asking and did not give me a rect. I ate the burger and saw that the fry was a large and looked at my back statement. Yep... Charged for a large. And the cashier didn't tell me the total before she ran my card or after .
When I called to complain, the person on the phone was of no help. Like, I had to explain the situation a few times before he knew the issue and his response was " I will tell my manager"
So, goodbye Meridian McDonalds. You have been going downhill for a long time. I hope you guys either get better...

So I go inside the 2nd & 3rd time to get my order fixed & NEITHER TIME did they fix it° only got worse... they send me off saying they fixed it w/handing me the bag... w/the Wrong Bagel & took creamers out of the bag & soo off to work with an order i did not request, then cold coffee, no creamer & the lady says i didn't 'Not' tell her to not take the creamer out of the bag!! Is she serious?? Why should i tell her DONT TAKE THE CREAMERS AWAY!! WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THEM OUT??? Saying im rude because i call to tell her what happened.
Just be quiet take what THEY give you & don't request them to correct it. They don't have to listen to you. You get what you get 😡 & i hope to goodness they dont get by with this for too long... mcds please get your workers straight with how to service customers Please...
Read moreOn our way to church we went to McDonald’s instead of the nearest Starbucks due to them not having a drive they & we needed fast/quality service. This is not where we should have gone. We placed our order for a large vanilla ice coffee with an espresso shot, a medium vanilla ice coffee & a hashbrown. Got to the window. Paid for it. Next window we get only the hasbrown & told to move to window 3. At this time we were on time for church. 7min passed as we waited for the coffee that never came. I went inside to the counter & waited another 4min as soon saw multiple employees work, look at me, chat with friends behind the counter & ignore me until they looked pained to do their job of customer service. To which I responded that that the two coffees I saw sitting in the counter that kept getting passed over were ours. The guy handed my the coffees & we left, only to be disappointed that the coffee we had been handed tasted liked watered down coffee with no flavor. Poor customer service. Great hashbrown.
