Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Today on 1/11/2018 around 12:55 PM I had a Very unpleasant experience I had today at the 10th & Shadeland location. Customer service is horrible, they did not offer my coupons for this specific location when they were not expired, or didn't have a valid reason not to accept them when it shows that it was for this location only. There were 2 managers on duty a short black fat lady and a man that is skinny & white who is assumed to be the GM. Both were rude, did not apologize, simply ignored me after they had no reason not to accept my coupons, when my order was already placed and the gentleman by the name of Domonique specifically told me that they would over the phone while placing my phone in order due to the lunch hour. The managers had an attitude about the situation, when there damn company offered it. Unprofessional service, wouldn't even try to make the situation right or anything. But it's fine, I already contacted the BBB. & Corporate. Good Evening, I've been coming in to Penn Station for quite some time now. Unfortunately I moved to a different area which has caused me to go to a different location. Generally I come on Tuesdays due to the fact I have a 3 year old and you have an amazing deal where kids eat free. During different times of the year Penn Station has my favorite sandwich apart of the monthly deal special. Today I went in knowing the deal was your favorite chicken sandwiches. I was told mine apart of the deal, when I had just looked it up on your site the man said nothing's right on there and I couldn't combine the two offers. I Understand someone just got shot and they're trying their best to clean up the location or maybe they are just trying to crack down and get things together. COMPLETELY overpriced for what you are served!!! Asked for a refund after returning what they called sandwiches!! $60 for 3 sandwiches that were more like snacks!! Was told that to get a refund, I had to bring everything back, which was fine, but they were closing & won’t open the doors after closing so I had to wait til the next morning for my money back! VERY LITTLE meat, onions, or mushrooms on 3 Phillies! I could have taken the meat off all 3, put it on one, & then maybe had enough for a sandwich!!!
