After receiving ridiculously terrible customer service I came home to find that the chalupa I ordered first was not only missing from my order it was not on the receipt but WAS on the screen when i was trying to make sure they got everything.. I know this because it was for my wife and was the only thing I knew i wanted when beginning to order. i had to think about the rest.. after nicely explaining this to the female manager @ the Taco Bell store at 6990 East 10th Street Indianapolis Indiana 46219 on august 20th @ 1:26pm on the phone, she said the only thing she could do is tell me to come back and buy one and that im lying about ordering the chalupa and was attempting to con Taco Bell out of a $3 chalupa if it is even that much after spending about $17 just before. I explained to her that the mistake was made buy them when they accidentally deleted the Chalupa from my order which only gave my wife the option of eating a single soft taco and I wood now have to drive back and deal with their terrible manners and customer service and for all of that I as a customer who just spent seventeen should not have to pay 4 a $3 chalupa. The manager calling me a liar and lying to me about her ability two make up for the mistake then hangs up on me.. no company who prides themselves in having any kind of customer service should continue to employ a person with such disregard to the integrity and appreciation of...

I placed a mobile order so I could run in and grab it during my lunch break… which is the purpose of mobile ordering….to avoid peak times at the drive thru. I waited for my order to come up and it never did so I approached the counter to ask about the status of my order. There were 4 employees behind the counter, all of which saw me and made eye contract, but would quickly look away and not address me. After standing there from 12:42 to 12:47 someone finally asked what I needed and I told her I placed a mobile order a half hour ago… she asked for my name so she could start my order and then told me they don’t keep orders out front bc people steal them… so maybe if that’s the case they should address customers as they walk in and ask if they placed a mobile order. She also told me that I should yell at them behind the counter to get their attention… I’m sorry but that’s considered rude, I think maybe they need to greet their customers and speak to them when they walk in instead of directing them to yell at the employees. I also heard her mutter to the employee next to her “this is the worst time to place a mobile order”… I’m sorry I ordered my lunch during lunch time??? They also didn’t give me the chips for my combo. This place needs some serious lessons in communication and...

My order number is 330284, the Cashier was Jerrick M, Manager is either Tiffany or Andrea (the staff lied to me multiple times about who the manager was.) I waited in the drive thru for an hour to get my order of 2 five dollar boxes. Once I received the boxes none of the tacos had lettuce and little to no meat, with burnt shells. The chalupa was completely charred and black burnt. I came back to the taco bell to get a refund and the employees tried to make excuses to why the food was so bad. I just wanted my refund, and was then forced by the manager Tiffany to wait another 30 minutes for my refund. I should not have to waste an hour and a half of my life dealing with HORRIFIC service, getting served horrible food, and then almost being refused a refund. The staff members then got an attitude with me and tried to argue instead of giving me a refund. I am showing the pictures of this horrible travesty to social media, and corporate. I could see that multiple other customers have brought their food back as well. This entire building needs to be restaffed and redone. This is completely unacceptable...

Another reviewer said it's awesome during the day but don't go there at night. That's completely true. Day shift is great but if you go after 5, you'll have items missing, incorrect orders, and rude employees that don't care about what they're doing. Everytime we go there after 5pm, it's a problem. We won't be going there anymore. My fiance is missing his food and one of the burritos looks like they tried to karate chop it in half. Corporate needs to get rid of that store or close it at 5pm everyday.

This location is turning away people during open hours. The door was unlocked when I opened it and all they said to me is dine-in is closed... I didn't want dine-in. I wanted take out which is just like carry out, no difference. They turned me away and turned away business at the window as well. Going forward I will support the mom and pops Tacos and Burritos business in the shopping center instead... Shame they lost out on business in these trying times...
