Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Due to FFA convention being in town, restaurant choices was limited, unless you were willing to wait an 1-2 hours. Since we didn’t want to do that we went here instead, as it seemed less crowded than other places..even though at this restaurant was more groups from the convention and also a big USPS group, I rated this place 3 stars because of the hospitality that was shown...when it came to answering the serving portions of their food (particularly the applesauce) we was told that it came in a dish (instead of saying it was a store brought individual serving size cup for $3.19). Then fries were ordered to go with the wings that was ordered...they did not come out at all..then when informing the waiter when she came to check on our table about 27 minutes after the kitchen staff had brought out our food..she didn’t say oh let me go get them..she asks do you want me to put the order in now...ummm no, as we just asked for the bill and to go boxes..we’re done...she did take the $3.19 charge off for the applesauce after being informed it was not the size or did it come as described... Philly cheesesteak was good but super Greasy so be prepared to eat with a fork and not want to eat it with your hands... wings we received was okay (mild, bbq and teriyaki..this another one of Indy places I can check off the list...not one that I would go back to a second time..again the hospitality was a plus...

Also we was served the table next to ours food..thankfully we knew we didn’t ordered the type of wings that was left at our table, so we ask if it was what they ordered and it was so we gave them their food...thankfully we were a clean group and hadn’t...

I normally don't do this, but I had a horrible experience today. As soon as we were seated apparently no one was told that we were there, because the waiter didn't come to offer us drinks for several minutes until we went and found him. I was fine with that, but then, we waited for another 15 mins to get our orders taken. When we finally did we waited another 30 to get our food. Now normally all of this is fine by me, and I get they were having a bad night, but my wings came out cold and the half that were supposed to be normal bbq were spicy bbq. So I politely sent them back and asked for normal bbq. Up until now I'm fine with the experience and didn't care too much. But then when my wings came back out, they were the EXACT SAME WINGS WITH NORMAL BBQ OVER THE SPICY BBQ. Did they think I wouldn't notice? So then I had to send them back again. It was incredibly disappointing and I was sitting with lukewarm mediocre mac and cheese while the rest of my party had normal meals. And by the time I got my wings, everyone else had finished. Again, I could get it normally, but just putting new sauce over the same wings and hoping I wouldn't notice was unprofessional and inexcusable. I was so disappointed...

A walk in to this place and you are MAGICALLY TRANSPORTED to an Adult Game Room. Very exciting atmosphere, different colors, different sounds of TV, music, people talking and having a great time together. It's an EXCITING PLACE! The service is Very Attentive, they are patient, seem to enjoy answering questions regarding their HUGE SELECTION of American Bar Food. Their menus are even larger than life... both sides!! Exciting Graphics, Huge Pics of food...very appetizing!! My mouth was watering, just looking at the menu. We ended up ordering their wings, which are TENDER, FULL OF FLAVOR, NICE TEXTURE ON EDGES and a Salad, which was HUMONGOUS!! They have a great selection of sauces in liquid or powder form. Honey Mustard is my favorite. You ONLY get 2 SMALL PIECES OF CELERY, which was a BUMMER, but their Blue Cheese is OBVIOUSLY their recipe...tastes FRESH...YUMMY! The price of wings are pretty STEEP, but that's an issue everywhere, I can't honestly blame them for the price increase, not fair. But, if you are looking for a fun, eventful night...you MUST try this place out! Lots of SPACE, so you're NOT feeling overcrowded with other restaurant patrons. A- price is what...
