I had a fairly negative experience with my carryout order today. I ordered two pizzas, a lamb shawarma, and "slice of New York cheesecake" from their online menu.

Problem 1: When my husband arrived to pick up the food, the woman working informed him that the shawarma we ordered (which was still listed on their website) has been "discontinued" and that they can't refund through the website. She just handed him a $10 bill for it. They had my contact info and could have let me know when the order came in that they couldn't fulfill it, and perhaps offered a substitution of a similarly-priced item so that the amount of food would have been the same, but they waited until my husband was standing in the restaurant picking up our food to tell us about the problem. I paid $9.99 plus tax for that item, and I'd pre-tipped on the order total (plus whatever the $1.75 "convenience fee" on the bill was for), so I actually lost money on that.

Problem 2: She asked him what kind of cheesecake we wanted and showed him a couple plastic containers, each containing two bite-sized cheesecake squares. When I saw what he brought home, I asked if they'd offered any actual slices of cheesecake, since that's what I'd ordered (and paid $4.99 +tax+tip for). He said no, he was only offered the containers with those little squares. For reference, they look like the one-bite cheesecake pieces that Costco sometimes sells in multipacks. Not NY style cheesecake. Not a "slice" of cheesecake. And for sure not worth the $5+ dollars they cost.

The pizza itself was pretty good, but the overall experience was unpleasant enough that it was hard to enjoy it the food. I don't think we'll be back.

To the owners/operaters-- Please update your online ordering menu so that it includes up-to-date descriptions of the food/prices and doesn't include "discontinued" items that it allows people to pay for. If you can't complete an order, I suggest contacting the customer ASAP to discuss the situation and offer alternatives. And finally, if you do ultimately do a cash refund, you have to include the tax, otherwise you are stealing from...

I really had all good experiences with this place until Tues 12/13 I ordered an ultimate xl pizza with no tomatoes due to an allergy and white sauce in place of the tomato sauce. $30. When I received the pizza all looked well like usual. It wasn't until someone grabbed a piece realizing that there was tomato sauce and there were no black olives. I immediately called to see if they wanted me to bring it back up there but the young lady said she would call me back. I never got a call back. Fast forward to today( about 10 minutes ago) I called to check in since I had not heard anything thing. The young lady I spoke with said she could offer 20% off for a pizza my family could not eat. I asked to speak to the manager because SHE said that was the best she could do and I would have to speak with him) only to click over and call him her self and saying he said the same thing. I asked if I could talk to him personally and she just kept mentioning his accent and how it would be to strong for me to understand. When I told her I will be ok can I please speak with him she then proceeded to act like she was calling him and hung up on me. I tried to call her back and she hung up again. I have never experienced such disrespect.

New Owner if this is how you allow your employees to handle your customers this is atrocious. If not please...

I was surprised by all the five star reviews I saw for this place. I don’t eat pizza often so when I do I really want something special. This pizza is like nothing I have ever tried before. I finished eating five mins ago and I can still taste it. The seasonings and flavor are entirely unique. They had some pretty interesting topping selections so I got three minis, the Jamaican jerk, shrimp lovers, and Hawaiian. I was a little worried when I saw the box while waiting for my order it wouldn’t be enough. I was wrong. I couldn’t finish and ended up with some great leftovers. The jerk was the standout. My mouth is still tingling. The shrimp was interesting and unique. The jerk and shrimp come with a delicious white garlic sauce. The Hawaiian was good but nothing to special. I wouldn’t order it again but I did I would sub bbq sauce. Speaking of which, I think it was the jerk that came with a side of bbq. I can’t remember because I ended up dipping all the pizzas in it. I wasn’t expecting it and was a great addition. I’ll try the wings at some point but they were pretty pricey. Overall I’m glad this place is right around the corner and I’ll be back the next time I’m craving some pizza. Great...

I’ve come to this place a few times food is great and always ready when I order for pickup but I have one complaint I ordered breadsticks a few days ago and I always get breadsticks love em but I never eat the sauce cuz it always looked more like salsa than tomato sauce but I decided to try it this time and it literally smells and taste like white wine so ik it’s in there and ik wine is sometimes used for cooking but honestly if I had a few cups of that sauce alone I swear id be tipsy it’s definitely too much in there and that is no safe for children or ex-alcoholics imagine making someone relapse because you put a bottle of wine in the tomato sauce put it on pizza fine the heat will kill any effects of it but do not put that sauce is cups for breadsticks Edit: my review is not fake I had my grandmother smell the sauce and she agreed like I said the food is delicious great I eat there a lot I love the pizza and breadsticks but that sauce has alcohol in seriously maybe not normally but it did that time I tasted and smelled alcohol I’m not tryna hate I’m just telling you need to fix that or check that out and I added pictures to show I do eat there and I’m not lying
