🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Heres some much needed lit advice for EVERYONE and ANYONE that DINES OUT at ANY kind of restaurant whatsoever.‼️ Always be courteous and kind to the people that are messing with your food‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Because you never know what they may do and you are not going to see everything! I am not saying that this is ever okay. I have worked in several and know quite a bit of people that have worked in ff too and we all have seen some horrible things!!!! 🫣😡😢 It's extremely easy to add a little extra flavor that you would never ever have any clue about! 🤧💁♀️😮💨🚮😓 🤤💦🥴💨👣🩸🦷🫳👇🤮 🚰 And their own personal hygiene as well can add to the "flavor" These are Just to name a few that I can in emojis and I've seen it all and worse.😱🤦 They do NOT get paid nearly enough and it is extremely exhausting multi task and fast-paced and worse is u got to deal with a lot a lot of crappy attitudes!!!! At this location Food is usually good, but service here seems to usually be pretty slow and kind of have sucky attitudes. And I mean just general manners or politeness that you would expect from any place that you are giving them YOUR money Never pleasant always want u to hurry, but they seldomly do... at least not to take your order, but they sure rush to get you out of there even if u r only customer lol with their fresh "again" fries. 😂😂😂 This is where fries sit out and if they're out more than 5 minutes or so then they are cold and soggy so they're just dropped down in the grease for a few seconds then not that bad they are now warm and crispy but if it's done two or three four times it's really nasty... I know they do this I worked in multiple fast food restaurants in just about every restaurant does it... That's why a lot of people ask for no salt on their fries which really makes them angry... never say thank you or you're welcome or have a nice day.I realize I can't ever keep people employed here. This place used to be booming but now there's hardly...
Read moreI recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at your [location] and feel it’s important to bring it to your attention. We had four orders and walked to the window. The staff let us stand there until we tapped on the window, at which point we were told walk-up service was “closed unless we had a bike or a wheelchair.” This felt discriminatory. When we explained we had four orders, one employee said that was fine and told us to order from the car. Once in the drive-thru, we placed two orders when another person came on the intercom and told us that was all we could order — no exceptions. This directly contradicted what we were told moments earlier. The same employee who gave us permission to order four meals then got on the intercom and was rude and disrespectful. When I told him I would be contacting corporate, he said he didn’t care because they are a franchise and I would “get the same lady” who was also rude. They claimed they couldn’t take more orders because there was a line of cars, yet there were no cars behind us. One of the young employees even told us to reverse and get out of their line.On top of this, none of the staff were wearing gloves or hairnets, which raises serious food safety concerns. The entire experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and unacceptable. The final straw was when a lady told us we could pull up to get our food — but by then, I no longer wanted anything from a business that treats customers this way. I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing this experience publicly to warn others.I hope action is taken to address the rudeness, conflicting information, and lack of proper hygiene protocols at this location. I’ll be calling the health...

I went to this restaurant because my God daughter wanted chicken tenders and fries. 🍟 There were two people in the line, myself and one other person in front of me. After the first person went through, I placed my order. Two small burgers and chicken tenders and fries. I went to the drive-thru and paid with my cord . When I received my bag, the chicken tenders and fries were not inside the bag. I reverse and ask for the rest of my order, and the cashier said she had forgotten. She said to go and park and she would bring the tenders and fries to me. In 10 seconds, a young man came out and brought me another bag and walked away. When I checked the bag, there weren't any fries. I had to walk back up to the drive-thru to get my fries, and they apologized, saying that they forgot again. Then a supervisor who just came to work tried to tell me that the chicken tenders doesn't come with fries. I said to her I did ordered 8 chicken tenders and fries together. I just don't understand how it was just two vehicles in the drive-thru, and they could not stay focused enough to fulfill just 2 orders. They had to do my orders three separate times. And at the end of it all, the burgers tasted insipid and nasty and the fries were barely warm and the chicken tenders were so tough and dry on the inside, you could tell that they have been sitting in the warmer for hours. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids to this Rally's drive-thru restaurant unless you want them to get sick from food that has been sitting for hours and not properly temperature regulated according to food...
