I am a current Starbucks partner at another location. I visited this store at a non-peak time ) (7:00PM) with only one person in line ahead of me. I ordered my coffee & asked for a trenta water, to which I was told “just tell them when they give you your drink.” Ok, no big deal! My drink is handed off and I ask for a trenta water again. The partner on bar very rudely states “we don’t give out trenta waters.” And turns around. I ask if I need to get back and line and pay for one, she says no, they do not give out trenta waters because their water spicket is too slow and the largest size they can offer me is a tall. She makes the tall and I see that it’s the same water speed as my store, aka normal. I say, actually I really need a trenta and she rebuts that the REAL reason they can’t give out trenta waters is because they can’t restock that cup size, because their stock is in an inconvenient location and to give it out would mess up inventory. Which ok, I understand. But I tried to order one and offered to get back in line (the line with only two people currently in it) to reorder the free water. Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. I completely understand the amount of people who come through this airport can be overwhelming, but customer service should NOT go out the window. I wish I was kidding when I waited 20 plus minutes for my food and drinks STILL missing a breakfast sandwich. When I went to inquire about my order she said she didn’t have it and didn’t know where it was. When I asked her if she could give me more information her superior (name unknown because she says “she doesn’t give it out”. No name tag and no uniform woman with gray wig and lashes) said “don’t feel bad for her just keep working”. She then proceeded to turn around and go back to work while I stood there. I was appalled that she would talk like this right in front of every single customer in that line including me. When my mom later went up to check on it again, she completely lied about how she spoke with me and said we would not get the sandwich and we had to go through the app to get our money back. Read moreStarbucks employee was extremely rude and Unaccommodating. My wife and I each ordered Starbucks as is our usual with early morning flights with 2 kids and an infant. Usually Starbucks is very accommodating to us getting waters for our daughters. I asked the ladies (one tall African American lady and one shorter white lady) at the front for an ice water and one tall hot water. The hot water and ice water we mix to use to make our infants warm formula on the plane. Unfortunately the tall African American lady said it was policy that they could only give me one tall water per customer. I told her that I had ordered almost $20 in coffee and one coffee was for my wife and one was for me. She said nope that doesn’t work. I explained this was for my infant daughter and she still refused saying she wasn’t changing policy for me. I have been coming to Starbucks for 20 years and have asked for ice waters and hot waters countless times and never experienced this. This employee was rude, unkind, and Unaccommodating.
