The worst Taco Bell I've been in the world. I rather go to a Taco Bell that didn't have what I was ordering versus to stay in there for 20 minutes for two items if corporate sees this, please come in without notice in plain clothing to watch the horrible customer service that was given. I worked in the industry for 19 years. Fast food fine dining and I respect those that work in this industry. One of the hard if not the hardest jobs to have but this time it seemed like it was. Just so horrible and for 20 minutes I've never asked for my money back but I did because I was never going to get it still at their patiently watching people come in after me and get their food. Three people got their food before me and the UPS dude got hooked up for free. I'm standing there. One guy goes outside comes back inside. They're standing around talking about how they're not going to make the dining orders, but they're steady making the dining orders horrible trash. Arrived and entered the drive-thru where a team member apologized but asked me to pull around to the parking lot while they recovered from a rush they were hit with. She mentioned something about food and I thought they needed to get their line replenished but it soon became apparent that the entire team was just taking a break. They were eating and laughing and even invited some friends or off-duty co-workers to join in the fun. I decided to use the app to place the order while we waited. At least then, maybe, they'll have it first and we won't have to get back in line with all the other cars. Nope! It said they were preparing the order but they lied. Every car that went back thru the drive thru was served before our online order which was received long before their break was over. Read moreDecided to stop before going to the Christmas gift and Hobby show. We were a bit skeptical that the dining room was open with all the chairs on the tables. We made our way over to the kiosk to order. While we waited (who we assumed was the manager) made a suggestion on a burrito we had ordered. She was extremely polite and energetic about her job. We received our food in a perfect amount of time. As we were eating and talking; my husband made a comment that this has to be one of the cleanness and best-tasting Taco Bells we have been to in quite some time. I had to agree with him! I was simply amazed at how well the crew was working together. They were upselling and attentive to Drive-Thru and front counter. The manager (assuming) checked on us twice. We made sure before we left to let her know that the suggestion on the burrito was a home run and should definitely let upper management know.
