Taco and Burrito Place — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I work nearby. I call in my order and they say 15min and I still usually have to wait until pay for them to start making my food. Today I called in at 1253 and ordered a super nacho with no nacho cheese and no cilantro and I asked them to put the nachos on the side. I get there at 108, stand in line to pay and still they havent even started on my food. After the woman who ordered before I paid got her food, I got mine. Its 116 at this time. I look and theres nacho cheese on the side and the nachos are in the box. I tell the woman and she tells me I ordered wrong. They then continue to make new orders ahead of mine. I ask the woman and she tells me I ordered wrong and I have to wait. I asked for my money back. I only have 30 min for lunch and so I didnt even get to eat anything because there was no time. The thing that really upset me is that I come to this place at least 3 times week. Outside of them not starting my tacos until I get there has been the only issue. They treated me as if I dont patronize their location all the time and as if their lingo was my fault. Nothing beats authentic street tacos! Thankfully my office is on a street that has a good deal of different restaurants. Some coworkers who know my love of trying new places invited me to come and check this place out. As many things are on north keystone, the place is found inside a strip mall. Not to worry there is plenty of parking! When you walk inside just head straight to the counter, I stood in the back of the line so I could browse and figure out what I wanted. A good deal of options, but I have a habit of sticking to tacos because I love them so much. You can choose from traditional or American style tacos, I appreciate the option but love cilantro and onion with the opportunity to add those random colorful delicious sauces. I'm very, pleased that I went with the chicken steak and pork tacos! Seasoned well and the meat wasn't just gristle. Of course, with my odd food habits, I had to have a pineapple soda...

Terrible customer service, my husband and I went here for the first time, no greet upon approaching the counter. We ordered 4 tacos thinking this was an authentic restaurant and not being asked different we thought the tacos came with cilantro and onions (what we wanted) along with corn tortillas. Not so! They were flour tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream. So when I took them back to have them remade she told me I didn't ask, I told her I didn't know I had an option. I then told her I wanted a refund, she spoke with the manager right there speaking Spanish so I did not understand everything they were saying. She tried to short change me because they charge for jalapenos which I had. I told her the total was $9 and change she gave me $8 and change then proceeds to give me the remaining in change, rather than adding it together. Needless to say I did not eat and will not return to this...
