Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indio

Wow Karen or karena just wow worst customer service EVER! I called dominos back after an hour and ten minutes past and my one large pizza didn’t get delivered, I made sure an hour had past because you said it would take an hour even though my house is 2 min away from dominos, it’s ok because I figured you had a lot of deliveries.... but then you LIED about the driver knocking and calling because I’m 100% sure that never happened, we were waiting... then you proceeded to tell me that ur ovens were off already and that it would be another 20 minutes to deliver the same pizza back to my house. You even went as far as to start scolding me about answering the door this time as if the whole thing was my mistake UNBELIEVABLE... when I requested your name you refused to give it to me... I just drove over there which took me 2 min only to be told my transaction had been voided and I could not buy the pizza I ordered that was clearly on the rack right there behind the cash register. We’re still gonna order from domino’s in Indio I just hope you learn how to own up to your mistakes and...

If I could give 0 stars I would. For the 3rd time we ordered a pizza around 10pm.. I understand that is late but if the store says til 1am and still accepts orders then ok. Last time we selected delivery and waited 2 hours with no updates. Decided to drive to the store and pick up the order where all the employees were just standing around. Today we ordered pickup. Waited an hour and again no updates. When we showed up they opened the door saying the order was for tomorrow even though we showed it wasn't. Workers in the back were calling my BF an idiot in Spanish as if he didn't understand. We called the location to ask for a corporate number and the girl said there was no one higher than her and hung up on us 3 times.. ridiculous. Never again..bunch of lazy workers who should...

The last time I was at Domino’s I noticed something off about the crust seasoning; it tasted cheap (non Italian), like a dorito chip. I was a loyal customer thrown into the arms of Pizza Hut (and the melts is a great idea btw). But it would appear that they fixed the problem. I ordered the deluxe because of the 50% discount (I guess it costs A LOT to fix a taste mistake/calamity with your primary product) and it was amazing. Moreover, Jose did an excellent job of preparing my pizza (I had a feeling it was going to be awesome when I gave it a peek) and he was very nice. It was a pleasure to watch him work as I waited for my pizza. Still, tots are better suited for prisons and school cafeterias because people think cheap cheap cheap. Thank you Domino’s and...
