KFC — Restaurant in Indio

My grandson and I bought a bucket of chicken. Staff was shorthanded. Many drive thru orders as well as in line orders.

We were so impressed with a female worker at KFC. Who expressed the ability under pressure. To maintain professionalism. As some customers became agitated. Not only did she absorb complaints.

The ability and self discipline Not to react negatively. She was Abel to take in line orders...help the drive thru orders...and with a smile. This female deserves recognition....Great asset to KFC. Few individuals possess that quality. My visit at KFC was a few months ago...just now thought I r Write this review. She may have been a shift supervisor..not absolutely sure. KFC your female employee is a true asset to your company.

Really terrible management I tried to be friendly about the packaging and everything showed them proof and literally what the problem was and why I didn't want it back in my car I even had my father bring me the food to show them it was disgusting and the fact they were even more upset with it because I wouldn't leave until they replaced everything continue to give me rude remarks and say terrible things I decided to roll up the window and wait as he clapped and tried to get my attention and knock on my window and when I handed him the food he's like what's damage it's just gravy spilled over it's still salvageable the fact is I don't pay to have to rinse off my mashed potatoes and gravy that's covered in gravy and chicken and biscuits...

This place really needs a facelift the drive thru parking lot even the menu display. Service was horrible the older man taking the drive thru orders has no people skills i was asked 'what you want?' Then he told me'wait a minute' then he said 'whose at the drive thru?'.... I seriously felt like someone was playing a joke on me. This location is always running out of wedges...or drumsticks. Corporate should really pay this location a visit and maybe even the health inspector. Update 1 hour after original post: Allbi ordered was the 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy food was well cooked and...
