Fresh Juice Bar — Restaurant in Indio

Since I started supporting this small business, I have had nothing but good experiences every time! I began with the PD location near El Paseo, then went to the LQ location by Trader Joe's, and today I went to their Indio location for the first time by Ralphs. I love the Green Bowl; it's a definite favorite of mine, and I highly recommend it. I love how they use clean and natural ingredients in all their menu items, especially special add-ins like sea moss, lions mane, etc., as they have so many benefits to one's health! I hope a location opens in North Indio; if one does open out there, I'll be visiting every weekend!!! I plan to try the rest of the menu...

We ordered bowls and added a note on the order that our toppings had been forgotten on our last order. A manager had put a note on our account that we were to receive extra toppings. An employee gave us our bowls and informed us that we had already received our extra toppings at the La Quinta store. The La Quinta store had put a note on the account that we had received the toppings when we hadn’t. We order a lot from here but won’t after this experience. Being accused of stealing toppings when we never received the extra toppings is really poor...

I have never been to a juice bar/bowl place that refuses to add my own protein to a bowl or smoothie. This applies to all Fresh locations in the valley. It's very upsetting as I would like to use my own protein/vitamins because I am pregnant and do not know their sourcing for these add ons. It's quite a shame also because their menu items are quite good. Bowl of Heaven, Fruit Wonders, and Tutti Frutti do...
