I’d been wanting to try this little roadside coffee trailer for a while after seeing it all over TikTok. The drinks looked amazing online, so my girlfriend and I decided to get up early and check it out.

When we arrived, there were just two people working inside a very small trailer. The vibe immediately felt off — not like your typical friendly, welcoming coffee spot. The guy who opened the window barely greeted us. He just said, “May I help you?” in a flat tone. I told him I needed a second to look over the menu, and he literally said “Alright, well hold on,” then slammed the window shut.

While we waited, he started making drinks for another customer. The menu wasn’t very descriptive, so when I saw a drink that looked similar to what I wanted, I politely asked what it was. His response? A sarcastic laugh followed by, “Ha ha, I don’t know, man.” — even though he was the one who just made it.

The woman working with him seemed nicer, but she barely spoke. The guy, though — rude, cold, and completely unprofessional. He looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Between the attitude and the bad energy, it really ruined the experience.

To make things worse, the drinks were just okay — honestly something you could make at home. Definitely not worth the $14 we spent. I love supporting local businesses, but this one left a really bad impression. That guy seriously needs a crash course in customer service. I won’t be going back, and I’ll be warning my...

I was so lucky to find this spot and was happy it was open when I got into town. I have been wanting my grandma to taste some really good lattes but haven't been able to find anything similar to Mariachi Bakery out here.

Cafe de olla cold brew - the cold brew alone is so flavorful and the cream cap tastes like horchata! I have never had something so flavorful and balanced

The coffees are great. Drinks great. However, lately when we stop by and ask questions they seem to be overwhelmed and a bit stand offish. Their prices have gone up, again. Love the drinks but the service and prices have placed a hault in us supporting our 2nd go to local coffee spot.
