1st time and service was terrible. Just down right trash 🚮 throw the whole server away. Talk darkish guy with big lips looking at every woman coming into the establishment instead of taking the order; then he is checking customers out in a very inappropriate manner. Kept forget for the items we order right after asking! It was annoying to keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Him not paying attention made Wii Jammin look bad. The food took forever to come and the fried rice with added chicken was okay the chicken didn’t have any flavor whats so ever. And he said he’d bring a spoon and forgot to bring the spoon I had to remind him of that he then brought a fork 😑. The French toast was soft the cereal wasn’t flaky and crunchy it was dry and soggy the potatoes weren’t crispy and crunchy they were soft. He forgot to bring our drinks with our food the service was so bad I took my food to go. $71.00 for 45 minutes of freezing because the establishment is so cold it’s freezing inside. This place is horrible, I mean horrible the absolute worst. There is no way they are a sister to the one on Pico! 32 dollars for 4 small oxtails that were salty like the rice and cabbage . I had to ask for sugar to cut the salt down my tongue was burning Thank God my sister treated because I would not have gave them a dollar! Just go to Pico! Negative was the service. When offering to help the tall skinny guy said we got it! Now the young lady she was nice and on point very apologetic people were trying to be nice about the situation The fact that you charge the highest gratuity was beyond me. It was a total of 16 adults and 2 children I’ve paid less at flemings. Your response is not professional. Like I stated before Pico is the best, always has been and always will be. That chef knew damn well he gave 4 small oxtails and that salty rice and meat. At the end of the day Pico will always get my business. I make that hour drive twice a week drive because their food and prices are worth it!

The Oxtail Taco never left the parking lot. I had actually heard how good they were. I wanted to check them out for myself. We went at lunch approximately 2 PM. We ordered them it was a 20 min wait. I opened the box when I got in the car and it was my intention to just have a little nibble. However. The taste of the oxtail was so freaking bomb. I folded over the taco and I began to eat when I came up from my frenzy I had cleared two tacos without coming up for air the seasoning on the oxtail was second to none. The tomatoes was so finally chopped. They were literally sprinkled on. Everything was perfect. I actually attempted to go back in and order another round, but unfortunately, I couldn’t wait the additional 20 minutes because it would’ve made me super late, but you can trust and believe I will be back there.
