I Took my clothes on Thursday 25th of August 2022 for alteration.I paid in full. Was told to come and pick it up on Monday August 29,2022. I called whilst I was on my way only to find out that they never touch my clothes. I told them I was traveling on the night of the 29th and I was told it will be ready for pickup. My clothes was never sewed or touched. It was still in the same bag I placed it in. It’s sad that I flew across the country to take my business to them, only to be let down at the last minute. I was so mad and hurt that I was speechless. You can’t treat customer like that, it’s just unprofessional. If they were unable to do the job they could have just said so, not to waste my time and make a fool out of me. I had to buy new clothes. I had to go to work and I had to buy new cloths for my occasion. It was very wrong what they did to me. Very wrong, very unprofessional and very disrespectful....

The customer service is phenomenal! The owner was very sweet and very open. I bought some waist beads to help me track my weight loss, but also to feel beautiful and discover self-love. They had offered to put the beads on me and I was very hesitant just because of my issues with self-confidence with my body. I decided to let them do it for me and I felt really comfortable around her, all of my insecurities and everything gone! POOF! It was a really fast service and I will definitely come back for more!
