Bronco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Inman

It has been a very long time since we have been to this restaurant for personal reasons and tonight I now know not to ever come back. For starters our waitress had the personality of the paint on the wall and seemed annoyed that we were there and when we ordered our drinks/food. Our food came out with in minutes which was very strange like it’s just sitting in the back waiting. The food wasn’t bad but I could not put enough salt and pepper on it, was very bland. My two drinks I got did not have ANY alcohol in them. The tea tasted like sugar water with a hint of tea. Also the prices have went up significantly since our last time here. Hospitality tax? Where? Where do I find the hospitality? It must have been forgotten with my order. Also the liquor tax for my margarita mix. And don’t get me started on their sign on the plexiglass at the register. I don’t usually get offended or upset regarding stuff like that but whew that was the last straw. I will never step foot back...

I really wanted to like this place because I love Mexican food, but the service completely ruined the experience. We came in on a Friday, and even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy, it took almost 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.

When our server finally showed up, she seemed rushed and uninterested. She got our drink order wrong twice, then disappeared for nearly half an hour. We could see our food sitting under the heat lamp, but no one bothered to bring it to the table. By the time we got it, everything was cold and soggy.

We tried to be polite and ask for fresh plates, but the server rolled her eyes and said, “That’s how it comes.” Not exactly the attitude you expect when you’re paying for a meal. We never got refills, napkins, or even a check until we waved someone down.

The food might have been okay if the service wasn’t so bad, but honestly, the whole experience left a bad taste...

I gave this place three tries and I'm not going back.

The first visit was a dine in and I had their fajitas. Everything was good until I found a large amount of pork fat. Totally lost my appetite.

The second time my in-laws did take out and I have street tacos. The steak had no flavor at all and it was very disappointing.

The third time, my father-in-law went to the restaurant for take out. He came home and I had the chicken Mexican sincronizada and I didn't even eat half of it. It was nothing but Mexican meat through out, chicken had no flavor. After eating the small amount I had, I became very sick. Actually all of our order was wrong. A steak burrito, beans and rice with no sauce, there was no rice and they added chicken and sauce all over it. We also got a cheese enchiladas and they gave us a cheese quesadilla and it wasn't edible.
