The reason for two stars is it could have been worse. The young lady taking my order couldn't describe the food that she was serving when asked about it. I ordered the burger club for $9 . My daughter ordered the chili burger for $7.50. The burger club was basically a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes on three slices of bread. The burger pattie was lukewarm. I was not sure if the cook, I use that term loosely grilled the burger, or stuck it in his armpit to warm it up. The flavor was bland. The fries were also lukewarm and had no flavor. To make up for that they gave us 10 packets of salt. The coleslaw was mediocre at best. My daughter's chili burger was barely noticeable on the oversized buns that they gave her. You had to remove the bun to see the splattering of chili thrown on top. Her burger like mine was lukewarm and the chili had no flavor. To say that our experience was unsatisfactory would be an overwhelming understatement. I would never eat at this restaurant again due to the price of the meals and the fact that the food was just overall not pleasant. My daughter also mentioned that the best tasting item on her plate was the ketchup. In her words the french fries tasted like cardboard. I hope this helps to move people away from this restaurant before they spend way too much money for way too little food in and an unsatisfactory experience thank you...

I have been going to Palmetto for years. I just experienced the WORSTTT customer service. Do not bother going. The manager will stand in front of your face and act like he didn’t hear you. You’ll get an attitude from one of the employees. I was on the phone trying to order my food. By the time I got someone, I was already at the drive-through. Asked one of the girls if I can order at the window and she said yes. So I pulled up to the window. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TAKE MY ORDERRRR! Where do they do that at??? NO ONE EVEN GAVE ME CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS IF I NEEDED TO PULL AROUND AGAIN TO ORDER. I had to ask but still didn’t get clear instructions. As I was pulling up another employee was screaming. I asked if there was a problem but no one wanted to give me a straight answer. That’s when I asked for the manager and he was standing right in front of me. Didn’t even hesitate to look at me as if I was invisible and Acted like he couldn’t hear me nor bothered to see what was wrong. Listen, the food not even all that anyway. So if you decide to go, don’t waste your money. I will NEVER give them my time or money. I have never felt as invisible as I did...

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. They never, and I repeat NEVER get my orders right. My wrong orders never get receipts either, so I can never prove how wrong they are. The last 4 times I’ve visited here they have been awfully wrong. The first and second time it happened, I tried to be nice about it. The people are only human and people make mistakes. It’s okay. But after the third and fourth time, and how absolutely rude everyone was about the situations, they’re never getting my business again. I have STUPID SIMPLE orders. I asked for a ketchup only double cheeseburger burger (through the drive-thru) for my friend, and once I got home there was mustard, lettuce, and tomato on it with no ketchup at all. I even asked them to read back my order at the window, and it was still wrong. If I ever come back here, I’m just going to tell them to give me what ever. They’re going to mess it up anyway.
