Found out this location is franchised. So any issues you have regarding "company policy" is actually not company policy. I am unsure if the owner is also the manager but if you have any issues relating to a deviation from what is standard BK policy it's actually been implemented by the manager and is not a reflection of BK corporate policy. Any issue you have is 100% all the manager's and/or owner's fault and corporate has no ties or connection to those decisions. The BK support line will attempt to placate with you $5 but the manager does not care so there will be no resolution. Her employees have directly told me that she does not want to be bothered with complaints and she will not listen to any; however valid, even if it's contradictory to the entire chain's standard policies. Due to this being a franchise the BK support line can do absolutely nothing to address the manager's contradictory policies.
Be a wise consumer and respect your hard earned money. Mediocrity should be the most basic of basic requirements. They don't even get orders right 99.9% of time and if you have a problem, they do not give a flip and you cannot process refunds through the app. You're required to speak directly to the manager who refuses to talk to customers with complaints.
If you value your money and time, seek an establishment that actually values your financial contributions, and want very basic staff and manger competency---there is another Burger King that is not affiliated with this chain's location. Read moreI eat out all the time and I know when I go to burger king I am not getting four star dining or even close, however I do expect to get a quality product served as advertised fast (I don't mind waiting a few minutes but times like 20 30 & 45 minute wait times to get food). That being said I go to burger king because I like it. I don't expect miracles but I do want my order to be right and fresh. If I go there 10 times if I am lucky I will get my food right two times( I really think this may be generous at this point). They either don't make it correctly it's cold I've even got home 2 different times with someone else's order. So I started going back to make them fix it but they soon got attitudes including a manager. At this point I am still waiting for a refund to be credited to my bank account I'm sure it will show up though, it's only been... Read morei came in at 930 am after having worked overnight for 12 hours and was starving. hadent eaten all night. i asked for two woppers but they informed me they were not on lunch. i was dissopointed because of bks "have it your way" motto. well the young lady who was new said im sorry sir actually let me check with someone and came back and said they would be happy to accomodate me if i was ok waiting a little but since they had nothing prepped yet. they had it ready faster than mcdonalds can get my order , were polite despite my certainley grouchy tone "unintended" and with a smile brought my food to me making it perfectly exactly how i asked for it and even offered me a free beverage for the wait. a wait "i" "chose" to take. they may be an older restraunt , understaffed and have alot of new employees wich may present challenges but they did everything they could to give me the best experience they could and that is something severley lacking in customer service fields these days. my only comolaint is the inability to tip the great staff ! thank you guys for bringing such a great meal to end my long shift greatly appreciate it and hope things get better with staffing ! you guys are the spark of hope in the darkness of what is customer service in the...
