Food was okay but they always dodge your calls or carelessly take the phone off the hook so they dont have to answer the calls. Entirely disrespectful and terrible service. If you accidentally place an order here on the app, expect to have to slam your foot on the gas to get there before they make it because they wont refund it. Never cuts the pizza deeper than a millimeter so you have to cut it yourself. Pathetic excuse of customer service. Dont go here unless you have to. Please.
Edit: To reply to the owners note, I do not appreciate your uninformed response to call my review “untruth”. I assure you as well that I have an understanding of which restaurant I ordered from and I have no confusion as to what happened in that event or to the longevity of google reviews. The times prior to this experience in which I had come in, the employees at the front had told me the phones were in fact off the hook and that was why they could not answer. In fact! At the time of updating this review, I made another attempt to call to no avail and I was only met with immediate disconnect tone on the other end. It is embarrassing how you came to my review as well as the reviews of others to try to minimize their experience to make your restaurant look better and I won’t sit straight with it. I want to hear actual customer service from the restaurants owner or I will be leaving another bad review on a different account.
This was not “one bad experience” or “exception.” This is a culmination of experiences brought forth with a few prime examples.
I have no shame in this and no identity to hide, it is purely circumstance that my review was left as it was. I will continue to post my review(s) as I please and I will not be talked down to by some childish owner of an establishment not fit for public use.
I would also urge you to display your identity if you are so certain of your claims instead of trying to prove incorrect or dismantle your customers reviews with a faceless, nameless account.

Read moreWent into the store on Sunday May 24th around dinnertime, there were 2 customers in there talking and an employee by the counter. When I walked in, the employee went into the back of the store without even acknowledging me, I stood there for quite awhile and nobody ever came back up so I asked the 2 customers if they had been helped and they said they were waiting for their order. Meanwhile another customer came in and nobody came up to address her either. One employee came up front to give the order to the customers who were in the store when I came in, but he did not even look at me much less ask if i had been helped and he just walked right back into the prep area. So I called back asking if anyone was taking orders up front as they could clearly see we were there and had been waiting a very long time and though they looked over when I called back, the employees simply continued to ignore us. Finally I got fed up with being ignored and walked out. Clearly this location did not want my business or the business of the customer who came in behind me and the employees working did not care at all about their new customers or our opinions of the business. Read moreOrdered online 2 times in the past month. Both times I showed up 5-10 minutes after the order completion time only to wait 30-45 minutes for my food. Lobby was full of people waiting. Customers were complaining of their wait times. Manager was complaining about numerous things such as a customer ordering too many pizzas, staff standing around, pizza having too many toppings. She even said several times she will be sending staff home since they are not competent. Manager was wearing slippers while another staff member had only 1 shoe on and a just a sock on the other foot. While waiting for my order I heard a staff member tell customers ordering that their food would be ready in 6 minutes but they were waiting at least 15-20 minutes.
